Hang E Cave
Early in the morning meet your driver at your hotel and transfer to the Jungle Boss Homestay HQ. Here you’ll sit down to a team meeting to plan the trip and to clarify any rules and regulations for exploration in the national park. We’ll then set off for the abandoned valley by van.
Arrive at the trek departure point mid-morning and start trekking through the jungle to the abandoned valley. Your first stop is the exit of Dark Cave, one of Phong Nha’s most adventurous caverns. Explore 800m of the cave and then carry on trekking along the river to Hang E Cave.
At the entrance to the cave, enjoy a BBQ lunch and take a rest. After lunch, head into the crystal clear spring that flows through Hang E river cave.
In the afternoon, trek on a new trail through the abandoned valley to the beautiful, winding Ho Chi Minh highway where we can enjoy a cold drink to celebrate our adventures. The van will pick us up here and take you to your hotel to arrive early evening.
