I haven\u2019t received my hotel\/flight\/activity voucher. Can you resend it?<\/h3>\n

If you haven\u2019t received your voucher yet, log in to your account and find your vouchers under the \u201cMy Bookings\u201d section.<\/p>\n

If you still can\u2019t locate it, please write to us at support@thrillophilia.com, and our team will resend the voucher to your registered email ID.<\/p>\n

How do I download my vouchers from the portal?<\/h3>\n

Login to the Website<\/p>\n

Visit www.thrillophilia.com and log in using your registered email ID and password.<\/p>\n

Go to ‘My Profile’<\/p>\n

After logging in, click on your profile icon at the top right corner and select \u2018My Profile\u2019 from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

Navigate to ‘My Bookings’<\/p>\n

Inside your profile, go to the \u2018My Bookings\u2019 section. You will see a list of all your current and past bookings.<\/p>\n

Select Your Upcoming Trip<\/p>\n

Click on your upcoming booking. This will open a detailed view of your trip.<\/p>\n

Click on \u2018View Vouchers\u2019<\/p>\n

Inside the trip details, you\u2019ll find a \u2018View Vouchers\u2019 option.<\/p>\n

Click on it to view all your vouchers arranged day-wise, and you can download your voucher from here.<\/p>\n
