The staff at Lily’s Travel Agency was awesome!
At first the Tom, which made us come back to buy, and then the Minh which was also excellent and so we confirmed the purchase of the tours. During the tours the accompaniment of Mina was always amazing! They were always very close and available, always keeping us rested and sure that everything was well handled at every moment. We did 3 different tours in a row. Halong Bay, Sapa and Ninh Binh.
