Annie and Emma helped me organizing 3 weeks of traveling across Vietnam including arranging transportation and tours and making hotel recommendations. ONE LILY Travels made our tour truly memorable and the one that we can cherish forever.Right from the first interaction to understand our requirements, super prompt EMMA from Lily Travels worked very closely to evolve a perfect itinerary with choice of places to visit, selection of hotels, dedicated transport for 10 of us, English speaking guide………and last but not the list : our special requirement of Indian Vegetarian food….everything was planned with due care.It was planned as a private tour, dedicated for 10 of us at very competitive price ! Once the plan was finalized and confirmed, the execution was taken up by cute little ever smiling IRIS from Lily travel. She was tracking every move and was available almost 24x7 for any help that we may need. There have been situations where some intervention was required, and Lily was quick in addressing the same to our satisfaction.One more mention. The guide at HCM, Choung was very smart, quite knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. Despite flight delays, he ensured no portion of visit was compromised.Emma and IRIS treated us with such a love and care, we felt like extended family member.Lily, you have a wonderful team. We had an amazingly great family vacation at Vietnam for 10 day booked through Lily’s Travel. Emma had made a super north to south plan and most of the famous spots and activities were covered. The customer support during the trip is really good. Iris from Lily’s travel really made our Vietnam trip so easy and helped for every small issue we faced. The English speaking guides at Hanoi and Phu Quoc were great. The Marble Mountain trip was not that great and lady guide was in rush too. The Cu Chi Tunnels guide was good and helped us understand the historical importance and was accommodating too. Cruise experience at Halong Bay is unforgettable. One must try! Cable car ride of 4 islands at Phu Quoc is one of best and also the Vin Wonder experience.Probably we could have spend more time at Ho Chi Minh to explore locals markets and culture.All over the experience was great and we would highly recommend Lily’s travel for activities and touring in Vietnam.

I reached out to Lily’s to book a middle and Northern Vietnam tour with specific sights I wanted to see.; Ba Na Hills golden Bridge, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi. They booked the tours, hotels, guides and transport. All was seamless! I chose mid priced accommodations and all were fabulous. They were within easy walking distance to everything and in the older parts of town which I prefer. I travelled alone and always felt safe often walking the streets alone at night checking out the life in each city. Mia my first contact and Cassie my overseer kept in constant contact ensuring all suppliers - tour companies, drivers etc. were on time and troubleshooted a few minor issues I felt their pricing was excellent value for what I received.
