We booked 10 nights 11 days tour from lily’s travel. It was our first International trip as a couple and I booker the tour totally after seeing the reviews on trip advisor. They have guided and answered each and every questions so politely and in detail. Ms. Alice and Ms. Lucy were constantly in touch and keep updating each and every day’s itinerary. Every day’s tour was shared in advance with drivers details and without any hassle we could freely enjoyed the trip because of well planned and executed itinerary. I am glad that I trusted online reviews and go by this tour agency. I think it is no brainer one should definitely book their tour with this agency, they are not only reasonable but also make sure that their guests enjoy the trip even if you go in group, solo or as a couple. We travelled on our own, Lilys Travel organized our accommodation, day tours and internal flights. We initially dealt with Emma who set out the tour then Mina took over. Both girls were very knowledgeable, professional, fun and easy to get along with and would certainly highly recommend Lilys Travel, Emma and Mina for their incredible organization. From Tracy helping us build the most absolutely perfect itinerary, to the day to day help provided to us by Lucy, you will not find better customer service. THEY ARE FABULOUS!! We traveled as a group of 6 to Vietnam, including two small children. Every activity they arranged for us was perfect. Our drivers were always on time and exactly where Lucy said they would be. The food they recommended and selected was DELICIOUS and the hotels they booked were clean and incredibly comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Lily’s travel. We will be using them again in the future and recommend you do too!! (The team also helped us locate a purse that was left in our airport transfer vehicle and had it shipped to our next hotel - if that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is!) The Mekong Delta tour was fascinating, cycling through the cool breezes in Ninh Binh was rejuvenating, and the overnight cruise in Halong Bay was absolutely magical. Watching the sunset from the deck was unforgettable!A special mention to the evening street food tour in Hanoi - our guide took us to hidden local gems we'd never have found on our own, and they were so accommodating with our vegetarian requirements while ensuring we experienced authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The egg coffee was a delightful surprise!The highlight for me was our time in Sapa - those terraced rice fields and misty mountains were breathtaking. Our trek through the villages gave us such an authentic glimpse into local life. Even when we needed small adjustments to the itinerary, Lucy and Mia were just a message away, responding instantly to ensure everything went smoothly.The accommodations were excellent, and the private transfers made traveling between cities stress-free.
