Our family decided to visit Vietnam this year after having an amazing trip to Thailand a few years back. We instantly fell in love with South East Asia and were determined to go back and continue exploring. In Thailand we planned our itinerary but this trip after a little searching wanted to maximize our time and decided to use a travel agency to helpnwoth our itinerary. In true Google fashion after doing a little searching a random add popped up on our Facebook account for Lilly's Travel Agency, which is based out of HaNoi, Vietnam. They were offering some incredible deals, so after vetting them by reading others reviews we jumped in and booked a 14 day tour with them. This turned out to be the best decision we could possibly make! The itinerary that they planned was absolutely epic for our family of four. This included my wife, myself and our two children, ages 10 and 12. Each day was action packed, starting in Ho Chi Minh and working our way north to Ha Noi. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. Prior to arriving we used WhatsApp to start a thread with one of their agents, Mina, who was assigned to our family. I can honestly say that Mina went above and beyond to keep us in the loop EVERY SINGLE DAY, and to ensure we were taken care of of. Seriously by the end of the trip I felt like Mina become a great friend because she genuinely cared about how we were all doing. Every day she explained our itinerary with all the details. Every day we received the sweetest messages from her to see how we were doing. There was a couple instances where we also asked for some last minute changes to our itinerary and she graciously helped us out! I cannot say enough about Mina and the support from their entire team. We had the opportunity to visit their location in Ha Noi and meet Mina in person and it was like meeting a long lost friend. I can't say enough about Lilly's Travel and Mina. Highly recommend them on your trip to Vietnam!
