I reached out to Lily’s to book a middle and Northern Vietnam tour with specific sights I wanted to see.; Ba Na Hills golden Bridge, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi. They booked the tours, hotels, guides and transport. All was seamless! I chose mid priced accommodations and all were fabulous. They were within easy walking distance to everything and in the older parts of town which I prefer. I travelled alone and always felt safe often walking the streets alone at night checking out the life in each city. Mia my first contact and Cassie my overseer kept in constant contact ensuring all suppliers - tour companies, drivers etc. were on time and troubleshooted a few minor issues I felt their pricing was excellent value for what I received.

After a two week group cycling trip that finished in Saigon, we spent a week exploring some of the rest of Vietnam with a tour put together for us by Lilys. Everything was great. Super hotels, interesting tours and punctual drivers. Every evening the Lilys agent would confirm our itinerary for the following day and would check again in the morning that we had been collected and that all was fine. Having been a bit nervous about dealing directly with a Vietnam agent, the experience was superb - a definite five stars. (Our trip was Saigon - Hoi An - Hue - Halong - Hanoi)

I had an incredible experience with Lily Travel Agency during my 15-day trip to Vietnam last December 2023. Thanks to the exceptional service from May and Koi, the entire trip was hassle-free and cost less than $1000. I visited nine cities: Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City.May and Koi planned everything meticulously, ensuring I never had to worry about anything. One instance that stood out was when I needed cash urgently to pay a Grab driver, and May helped me out without expecting repayment. Another time, during my Ninh Binh trip, the tour guide missed Mua Cave, and Koi promptly refunded the money for that part of the trip.Their kindness and efficiency made my trip truly memorable. The Vietnamese people are incredibly warm and supportive, and I was deeply touched by their culture. I highly recommend Lily Travel Agency to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam and have already shared their name with a few friends.
