I chose Lily’s Travel Agency based on excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I had the main travel plan in my mind and Sunny from Lily’s Travel helped me to develop it into more details and set the right timeframe. She was a great help from the very beginning, coming with ideas what to see, where to spend more time, what to skip, etc. It took us several weeks to come up with the final travel plan and it was definetly worth it! We were 2 families, 4 adults and 3 teen kids, arrived to Hanoi on June 24th and stayed until July 12th leaving from Ho Chi Minh City, we spent 19 days in Vietnam in total. After our arrival we were taken care by Lucy from Lily’s Travel, she did amazing job from the very beginning, helping us to get the lost lugage of my daugher. After the 1st day of program, which was Hanoi full day city tour, the lost bag was delivered to Lily’s Travel office in Hanoi and my daugher was really happy. Then we moved by train to Sapa, where we spent 3 days. The weather wasn’t ideal, but the nature and the guide ZoZo from Hmong minority group made our stay one of the best parts of the whole trip. The views of the mountains and the ricefields were breathtaking. I was in touch with Lucy via Whatsapp all the time, receiving details about our train tickets, airtickets, drivers, guides, etc. After Sapa we headed back to Hanoi by sleeping bus. The bus itself was a great experience even for me, I already visited more than 70 countries, but haven’t seen such bus anywhere else. It’s really comfy, new and very clean. It took us about 6 hours to get back to Hanoi, much faster than train. Then we continued to Ninh Binh area, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. We met many guides, used different types of transportation, had even 2 internal flights. We were watched by Lucy on daily basis, she was answering all question very promptly. The overall experience was great. If you want to discover Vietnam, I can recommend Lily’s Travel Agency at 100% without any hesitation.

I would take this time to Thank Lily travels for such a wonderful planned & executed customised trip..!A big thank you to Min who jotted down all the places we were interested to visit, helped us with all his inputs & made this whole trip possible. We were a family of 5 who wanted to explore Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Hoi Ann, Hanoi, Ha long Bay & Sapa. We were in Vietnam for 15Nights. Lucy who was with us throughout the trip on what’s app…! She was kind enough to change the timings quickly whenever needed and was very cordial, She never said No even if it was a last minute change️was very quick & spontaneous with her work..!We as a family enjoyed and explored Vietnam, tried local Banh Mi which is now my favourite & tried to taste most of the coffees Vietnam had to offer..! the food around Vietnam is delicious..The guides that we had were just amazing a huge shoutout to Chu who was with us in Sapa she was a darling, she’s so kind & enthusiastic.. Adam who took us to Ha long bay & Andy who was with us in Da Nang & Hoi Ann he took us to the main market, night market and we brought en number of goodies to take back to India including got my Ao Dai stitched ️ he was such a great help throughout communicating our needs…! And was indeed very helpful..! All the drives from our first pickup from the airport till we were dropped back were very patient with us and very helpful. HK bus services to & from Sapa was relaxing, comfortable, clean & enjoyed the ride over all..!The tour was very well organised, the hotels given to us by Min were just amazing. Specially the breakfast, comfortable rooms, down to earth staff in the hotels & The view from all our hotels were absolutely stunning specially the - Sunset Beach resort loved the private beach property, Mercury Ba Na hills took me all the way to France! Maximilan hotel, the location was really good & was close to most of the places making it so easy for us to roam around in the evenings just on our own. Can’t miss out the massage joints that were close by from the hotels..! KK Sapa hotel the rooms & the view breathtaking…. Relaxing in the balcony and just having a cup of Vietnamese tea was a memory we all took back… The last but not the least MK boutique in Hanoi was really good, the staff over there were the sweetest….. we bonded so well with them. We really enjoyed our trip thank you so much Min for all your hardwork. Really grateful & when I plan a trip again to Vietnam I’ll definitely come back to Lilys travel & suggest people as well.

Since this was our very first visit to Vietnam, we don't want to experience any unexpected issue during the two week trip. Before the trip we did an extensive research online since booking a trip locally in Vietnam is always the best option. At the end, we settled with Lily's Travel of Hanoi based on travelers' feedback and direct communication with them.We had an amazing time in Vietnam, from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, to SaPa, Fansipan, Da Nang, Hue, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc. This unforgettable first trip to Vietnam happened because of the great and professional service of Mina from Lily's Travel. Mina was so diligent and so dedicated throughout to make sure that all six of us were taken care of during those two weeks.My wife is already talking about going back to Vietnam.
