We really love this tour company, and we’ve used them several times already when visiting Vietnam. Our trips to Vietnam were just amazing and they were very organized from Airport Pick up to hotel transport and to the private guides and tours that we took. Communication is just top notch as they’re available almost 24 hours. Ms. Vani(Vietnam),Ms. Lucy Doo(Vietnam), and Ms. Ravi(Cambodia) were our travel coordinators and all of them were amazing. The hotels that we were booked in and the food recommendations they gave us during our trip were just excellent! We even used them for our trip to Cambodia in 2023 and no complaints but just all praises. I will surely book again with them in my future Travels. We planned Vietnam trip with Lily"s travel and our biggest concern was that we will be paying money in advance to some agency whom we have never met.But from start only Mr. Aaron took keen intrest in our trip planning and later Ms.Mina was fabolous in assisting us through out our trip.Big thanks to both of them for making our trip a success.They were their to assist us at every stage.
We booked our 18 days trip package through Lily's Travel, with all private tours & transfers travelling in Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Dong Hoi (Caves) and Ho Chi Minh (Mekong Delta 3 Day trip including hotels & meals). The experience was excellent! The sales representative Sunny replied promptly and customised the itinerary to our wish, and Lucy (Customer Support) took care of us well during the trip. She had a zoom meeting with us to go over the logistics before the trip, and continuously updated us and supported us in our Whatsapp group throughout the trip, and answered any questions we had. She was also very cheerful & caring. Donald the tour guide in Da Nang ( to Marble mountain & Bana Hill) is friendly, humorous & made us laugh a lot. Thank you so much for taking all the beautiful photos for us. The guide for our My Son Sanctuary tour is very professional & friendly. We love the cooking class & exciting Coconut boat ride in Hoi An. Great arrangement. The guide for the Citadel & city tour in Hue was knowledgeable & helpful. Leo the guide for our Paradise Cave & Phnong Nha Cave was excellent & many thanks for taking lots of amazing photos for us. Gon our tour guide for the 3 Days Mekong Delta was fantastic & friendly. He took us to taste some delicious seafood dinner & lunches, very much appreciated. All the drivers were doing a great job, greatly appreciated.The thing that can be improved is having more prompt & proactive communication about the pickup & transfer details (instead of having us asking for it.) Overall we had a wonderful trip with lots of fun & beautiful memories and we would definitely recommend Lily’s Travel to everyone. A big thank you to Lily's Travel, especially Sunny and Lucy. Annie and Emma helped me organizing 3 weeks of traveling across Vietnam including arranging transportation and tours and making hotel recommendations. The service during the whole time was excellent and went above and beyond. I had the feeling I could count on their support 24/7 via WhatsApp if needed. Furthermore, they were always cheerful. Once the plan was finalized and confirmed, the execution was taken up by cute little ever smiling IRIS from Lily travel. She was tracking every move and was available almost 24x7 for any help that we may need. There have been situations where some intervention was required, and Lily was quick in addressing the same to our satisfaction.One more mention. The guide at HCM, Choung was very smart, quite knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. We had an amazingly great family vacation at Vietnam for 10 day booked through Lily’s Travel. Emma had made a super north to south plan and most of the famous spots and activities were covered. The customer support during the trip is really good. Iris from Lily’s travel really made our Vietnam trip so easy and helped for every small issue we faced. The English speaking guides at Hanoi and Phu Quoc were great. The Marble Mountain trip was not that great and lady guide was in rush too. The Cu Chi Tunnels guide was good and helped us understand the historical importance and was accommodating too. Cruise experience at Halong Bay is unforgettable. One must try! Cable car ride of 4 islands at Phu Quoc is one of best and also the Vin Wonder experience.Probably we could have spend more time at Ho Chi Minh to explore locals markets and culture.All over the experience was great and we would highly recommend Lily’s travel for activities and touring in Vietnam.

I reached out to Lily’s to book a middle and Northern Vietnam tour with specific sights I wanted to see.; Ba Na Hills golden Bridge, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi. They booked the tours, hotels, guides and transport. All was seamless! I chose mid priced accommodations and all were fabulous. They were within easy walking distance to everything and in the older parts of town which I prefer. I travelled alone and always felt safe often walking the streets alone at night checking out the life in each city. Mia my first contact and Cassie my overseer kept in constant contact ensuring all suppliers - tour companies, drivers etc. were on time and troubleshooted a few minor issues I felt their pricing was excellent value for what I received.
