Voucher And Ticket Issues

I haven’t received my hotel/flight/activity voucher. Can you resend it?

If you haven’t received your voucher yet, log in to your account and find your vouchers under the “My Bookings” section.

If you still can’t locate it, please write to us at [email protected], and our team will resend the voucher to your registered email ID.

How do I download my vouchers from the portal?

Login to the Website

Visit www.thrillophilia.com and log in using your registered email ID and password.

Go to ‘My Profile’

After logging in, click on your profile icon at the top right corner and select ‘My Profile’ from the dropdown.

Navigate to ‘My Bookings’

Inside your profile, go to the ‘My Bookings’ section. You will see a list of all your current and past bookings.

Select Your Upcoming Trip

Click on your upcoming booking. This will open a detailed view of your trip.

Click on ‘View Vouchers’

Inside the trip details, you’ll find a ‘View Vouchers’ option.

Click on it to view all your vouchers arranged day-wise, and you can download your voucher from here.

My voucher has incorrect details on it, how do I get them changed?

If you find any incorrect details on your voucher (traveler names, dates, hotel/flight/activity info), please contact us immediately at [email protected].

My activity ticket/QR code is not working—what now?

Please contact us immediately if your activity ticket/QR code is not working. We will revalidate it and share updated access details so you don’t miss your experience.
