If you are planning a trip to Vietnam you HAVE to book with Lily’s Travel!!! From Tracy helping us build the most absolutely perfect itinerary, to the day to day help provided to us by Lucy, you will not find better customer service. THEY ARE FABULOUS!! We traveled as a group of 6 to Vietnam, including two small children. Every activity they arranged for us was perfect. Our drivers were always on time and exactly where Lucy said they would be. The food they recommended and selected was DELICIOUS and the hotels they booked were clean and incredibly comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Lily’s travel. We will be using them again in the future and recommend you do too!! (The team also helped us locate a purse that was left in our airport transfer vehicle and had it shipped to our next hotel - if that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is!) WE LOVE LILY’S TRAVEL!!

Starting with a group of over 30 friends and spouses, 26 of us eventually made this once in a lifetime trip. We were from three different countries, starting our trip from Hanoi. Took a day city tour of Hanoi, followed by an overnight 2D/1N cruise of Halong Bay, next day in Ninh Binh. Then we took a flight to Da Nang but stayed in the quaint city of Hoi An. We were there for the incredible lantern festival day of Nov 15. What a great experience. We next did day trips to Hue and sights in Da Nang. Following that, the group flew to HCM city. Spend a day shopping in Ben Thanh market and a river cruise in the Mekong Delta. We stayed in 4-5 star hotels and resorts. The breakfast spreads were incredible. Many of the lunches were also arranged by Lily travels.Overall, the trip could not be better arranged. Airport pickups and drop offs on different days and times, hotel arrangements, tour buses and guides were all on time and perfect. Lily travels made every arrangement so that we had no issues. We would like to mention three special people at Lily travels who made this all happen. A huge shout out to Little Sunny, Mina and Quinny who made sure that no detail was overlooked. Both during the planning stage and during our trip itself. A heartfelt thank you for a wonderful experience and a lifetime of memories

Booking the first foriegn tour to Vietnam on Nov 27 to Dec 2, 2024 from Kolkata, India.PROS - Being an Indian, the first apprehention of whether your money will be cheated by the travel agency. Lily's Travel transperancy and professionalism gave that trust of "being taken care of" from Day1, when I first interacted with Sora, 6-7 month prior to my travel date. - The first interaction was a google meet where face to face you interact with your itinerary, with your likes and what all you want in your tour. - 30% upfront payment, and balance I paid on the 1st day at Hanoi. No other agency was offering this. - Post 1st payment a whatsapp group is created, where dedicated customer care team is there at your service, literally, 24x7, 24 hrs a day to answer your query. - The transit cars, group tour guides as car, were all super luxurious limousine cars or private comfortable cars with all the comfort. - Group tours were through another tour operator which Lily Travel coordinated. Even their comfortable buses and guides were super professional. - For any query related to your tour or otherwise, the team was always ready to answer back with a smile on their face. - A special mention of Mina in the customer care team, who was curteous, ready to say 'yes' to all your problems, if any. She was really helpful and took good care of us. A special mention to Rosy as well, where we met every morning before the group tour, with sweet smile on her face. - North Vietnam- November end was cold around 16 degree, windy at times. Each place has its own beauty. Hanoi with its rich heritage and culture. Ninh Binh with natural beauty of Trang An boat ride and Bai Dinh Pagoda. Halong Bay with a dream come true experience to cruise along the beauty of nature. An unforgetable experience, that I will cheish for long long time. - The weekend walking street of Hanoi with food, music, shopping, activities..what all can you expect.CONS Sorry, could'nt find any..Sora and Mina thank you once again for arranging everything to see your lovely country. We had an unforgettable 14-day journey through Vietnam, and I can't thank Lily's Travel enough, especially Lucy and Mia, for crafting such a perfect experience! From the moment we landed in Ho Chi Minh City until our departure from Hanoi, every detail was thoughtfully planned.What really stood out was how seamlessly everything was organized. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly, making each destination come alive with their insights. The Mekong Delta tour was fascinating, cycling through the cool breezes in Ninh Binh was rejuvenating, and the overnight cruise in Halong Bay was absolutely magical. Watching the sunset from the deck was unforgettable!A special mention to the evening street food tour in Hanoi - our guide took us to hidden local gems we'd never have found on our own, and they were so accommodating with our vegetarian requirements while ensuring we experienced authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The egg coffee was a delightful surprise!The highlight for me was our time in Sapa - those terraced rice fields and misty mountains were breathtaking. Our trek through the villages gave us such an authentic glimpse into local life. Even when we needed small adjustments to the itinerary, Lucy and Mia were just a message away, responding instantly to ensure everything went smoothly.The accommodations were excellent, and the private transfers made traveling between cities stress-free. Our family had an exceptional day. Xuyen was an amazing guide for our day in Ho Chi Minh City. English was excellent for us. Very easy to understand Xuyen was Extremely helpful at every stop making sure that we were all ok and guiding us to areas completing our personal itinerary. Xuyen then organised a lovely lunch for us at a beautiful restaurant. She assisted us in navigating Ben Than Markets making sure we were able to purchase our souvenirs and items. Xuyen is very knowledgeable of key buildings and would explain these to us as we drove past also allowing time to stop and take photos if we wished. I would recommend Xuyen as a guide to any tourist.

Thanks for an incredible support team that Lily's have. I would like to especially thank Lucy & Vani for making sure that each day is taken care of the night before. They constantly sent WhatsApp updates and enquiries to ensure our trip was memorable. We had a very good time, and everyone at Lily's has been prompt and has communicated very well. I'm very happy that I chose to go with Lily's. They have very good guides everywhere, especially Mike at Da Nang. Mike has more than 30 years experience at his job.

If you want a professional company for luxury accommodation I visited Vietnam on February 14th for 8 days and this tour company was chosen and it was a very good choice. Our days in Vietnam went smoothly thanks to the wonderful employee Mina as if she was with us on the trip! She communicated and coordinated between hotels, drivers and tour guides. She was absolutely wonderful. As for the selection of hotels and the itinerary, it was the employee Tony. The hotels were luxurious and carefully selected. A company with these employees should succeed. We left Hanoi with beautiful memories that will never be forgotten. I definitely recommend this company and dealing with them.

Our family decided to visit Vietnam this year after having an amazing trip to Thailand a few years back. We instantly fell in love with South East Asia and were determined to go back and continue exploring. In Thailand we planned our itinerary but this trip after a little searching wanted to maximize our time and decided to use a travel agency to helpnwoth our itinerary. In true Google fashion after doing a little searching a random add popped up on our Facebook account for Lilly's Travel Agency, which is based out of HaNoi, Vietnam. They were offering some incredible deals, so after vetting them by reading others reviews we jumped in and booked a 14 day tour with them. This turned out to be the best decision we could possibly make! The itinerary that they planned was absolutely epic for our family of four. This included my wife, myself and our two children, ages 10 and 12. Each day was action packed, starting in Ho Chi Minh and working our way north to Ha Noi. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. Prior to arriving we used WhatsApp to start a thread with one of their agents, Mina, who was assigned to our family. I can honestly say that Mina went above and beyond to keep us in the loop EVERY SINGLE DAY, and to ensure we were taken care of of. Seriously by the end of the trip I felt like Mina become a great friend because she genuinely cared about how we were all doing. Every day she explained our itinerary with all the details. Every day we received the sweetest messages from her to see how we were doing. There was a couple instances where we also asked for some last minute changes to our itinerary and she graciously helped us out! I cannot say enough about Mina and the support from their entire team. We had the opportunity to visit their location in Ha Noi and meet Mina in person and it was like meeting a long lost friend. I can't say enough about Lilly's Travel and Mina. Highly recommend them on your trip to Vietnam!
