Booking and Payment Policies

The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking. The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit. To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cose will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

Cancellation Policies

If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment Terms Policies

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel.

Changing tour program and refund policies

After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Lily’s Travel has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Lily’s travel will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Lily’s Travel has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.

13:30 | Get pick up at your hotel to visit Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century.

15:15 | Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum, which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton.

DAY 2 HOA LU – TRANG AN – MUA CAVE

07:00 – 07:50 | Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for transfer to Ninh Binh.

09:15 | You will have a short break of 15 – 20 minutes to stretch your legs, use the facilities or have a quick snack.

10:30 | Visiting Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of Dinh King and Le King to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

11:15 – 11:45 | It’s time to join our 30 minutes cycling activity to discover the life of the local people. Or stay behind and either relax in the restaurant for sightseeing and capture the views around lake, and valleys. Enjoy swimming at pool on summer time.

13:15 – 13:30 | Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 1.5 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which owns a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”.

15:30 | We continue to visit Mua Cave and climb 500 steps to reach the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, overlooking the amazing view of the city and Tam Coc below.

16:30 – 17:00 | Transfer back to Hanoi.

19:00 – 19:30 | Drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

DAY 3 HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE

08:00 – 08:30 | Our car and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and depart for Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long City via the new expressway. Enjoy a short rest stop along the way.

12:00 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Board the cruise, receive a warm welcome, and listen to a brief safety introduction before starting your journey.

Embark on a 5-hour cruise through the magnificent Ha Long Bay, famous for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands rising dramatically from the sea. Admire fascinating rock formations such as Fighting Cocks Islet and Thumb Islet, while enjoying a Vietnamese lunch served onboard.

13:45 | Arrive at the Bo Hon Archipelago.

Visit the Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave) and marvel at the impressive stalactites and stalagmites shaped like sea creatures.

Continue with a kayaking or bamboo boat experience at Luon Cave, where you’ll glide through a tranquil lagoon surrounded by towering cliffs.

Next, stop at Titop Island, known for its crescent-shaped sandy beach and panoramic viewpoint. Relax on the beach or climb to the top of Titop Peak for a breathtaking 360° view of Ha Long Bay.

16:30 | Return to the cruise and enjoy the relaxing journey back to Tuan Chau Harbor. Take in the stunning sunset, sunbathe on the sundeck, listen to music, or chat with fellow travelers amid the world’s natural wonder.
