We chose Lily’s Travel to plan our trip of a lifetime covering 4 weeks and travelling across 3 countries as it was becoming complex.We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their supreme customer service and care and concern.We were met by a luxury private car every time, with a card showing our name and always knew which registration and driver to expect. It was very comforting when you have 6 drivers pestering you upon arrival, mostly feeling hot and bothered!The hotels they chose were always plush, and centrally located and we were often upgraded.The trips they arranged were always very efficient and super value, often with a local meal included some of which were extremely posh. On the evening before each trip we always got a WhatsApp detailing the name of the tour guide, his number and our pick up time. The Tour Guides were super professional, and flexible and very often we had a private tour with a private, air conditioned car and a driver who was always waiting with iced water and cool tissues in hand. We felt like VIPs!Doris and Mina from Lily’s Travel were super responsive when we reached out with queries and also very flexible when, punished by the heat or feeling ill, we asked to move trips around or cancel stuff. These ladies felt like our own personal team and it was so comforting to know they were there, day and night if we needed them.As always with such a long and complex trip there were hiccups but they resolved things so quickly and with SUCH a good solution we were never ever let down. In fact we felt special and valued.They arranged a contact in Cambodia and our trips and tour guides, and transport there and oversaw the whole thing and constantly checked that we were OK.I would highly recommend them and would always use them for future trips. They made the whole trip so smooth and seamless and we cannot thank them enough. A truly world class service - exceptional customer care

Then found Lily’s travel and I got the WhatsApp number of Mr. Koi from a video on youtube. Started communicating with him and got the best quote from him for our 8 days Vietnam tour. By paying only some percentage of the total amount we got all the hotel, cruise and car bookings confirmed just in two days.Koi is one of the most sincere people I have ever met in my life. He never stepped back from our questions and queries. He knows the importance of a tourist to his country Vietnam. I salute to his professionalism and the way he customised the tour as per our desire.The best part was a day before our trip, we got an online meeting with Ms. May from Lily’s Travel regarding the Itinerary and she elaborated each and every point. She was very humble and very professional. Along with Koi, She also played a vital role in our trip.When we reached Vietnam, then also I had a doubt on the service that they confirmed but the service was really really awesome which was out of our imagination.Here comes Ms. Mina, the most interesting person of Lily’s Travel agency. She taught me some Vietnamese and I was her good student .Last but not the least, Ms. Lusi…..She also greeted us as soon as she saw us at the entrance of their office. She was so calm and friendly with us and arranged for our seating at the office. Hey….she gave us welcome gifts also ha. You’ll also get and that’s a surprise.Finally with their support, we travelled to Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An and had covered all the tourist points in those places.Tour guides Ms. Jin, Mr.Lung and Mr. Hero are sooo knowledgeable and friendly with us. was travelling to Vietnam on last week of April. We started our journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, the Capital of Vietnam. Lily's travel were always in Touch with us regarding the Day tour, timings and its Departure. They were also helpful in pick and drop from Hotels as well. I would like to thank Lucy our point of contact. On one day, Our flight was preponed due to operational reasons to previous day. She helped with communication and Accommodation booking at the last moment. She is also helpful in suggesting local sightseeing places and Indian Restaurants.
