I booked a tour online with this company and in touch with Rosy &Tony. There were so helpful and friendly. I could always contact them by whats app and got really quick reply. Every time they would send me an up date and/or information about the tour. And i could just asked them everything also if it was not related the tour ️️. We had a wonderful time in Phong nha ke bang and the 2 day trekking I booked with Lily’s Travel was amazing. Thank you Rosy and Tony for taking care of me and my family

Lily's Travel planned an amazing 5 weeks for my girlfriend and I. We started off in Ho Chi Minh City and took an incredibly scenic route North. We did everything from explore caves, to a motorcycle tour, to a lantern making workshop.We had the most amazing time and our caretaker, Lucy, was always available to accommodate any request or change of plan.A truly spectacular experience

One of the memorable trips to the beautiful and most hospitable Vietnam trip during July'24.Without Lily's travel, our Vietnam trip wouldn't have been this designed so perfecly. It's an 8 night family trip. We took a lot of time to finalize with Lily' travel. But it was worth getting in touch with Lily's travel company. It's all strted with Mr.Tony whom I have contacted from Gulf, and he was so knowledgeable and understandable to craft a perfect itinerary for a family trip mainly including Vegetarian food.Once finalizing the Itinerary, Ms.Lucy took over our day to day trips with so much care and precise. She was on top of everything each day before we think. All the planned visits were got executed well.We thank Mr. Tony and Ms.Lucy for arranging and taking care of us, both before and during the travel.Also, special thanks to our one day Hannoi trip guide, Ms Hannah. She was so humble and experienced to take us through the Hanoi city and explain even small details.We started our Vietnam trip from Ho Chi Minh city and ended in Hanoi.As we had a night in cruise at Halong bay, Lily's travel recommended Hermes cruise and the staff and crew took care of us with so much.. This cruise is one of the best you will remember.Overall with our experience we recommend Lily's travel as a best tour organizer for each penny you spend its worth. You will thoroughly enjoy your vacation.

We booked 10 nights 11 days tour from lily’s travel. It was our first International trip as a couple and I booker the tour totally after seeing the reviews on trip advisor. They have guided and answered each and every questions so politely and in detail. Ms. Alice and Ms. Lucy were constantly in touch and keep updating each and every day’s itinerary. Every day’s tour was shared in advance with drivers details and without any hassle we could freely enjoyed the trip because of well planned and executed itinerary. I am glad that I trusted online reviews and go by this tour agency. I think it is no brainer one should definitely book their tour with this agency, they are not only reasonable but also make sure that their guests enjoy the trip even if you go in group, solo or as a couple. We travelled on our own, Lilys Travel organized our accommodation, day tours and internal flights. We initially dealt with Emma who set out the tour then Mina took over. Both girls were very knowledgeable, professional, fun and easy to get along with and would certainly highly recommend Lilys Travel, Emma and Mina for their incredible organization.
