Travel to Vietnam only with Lily Travels We had an amazing experience with a top-notch travel agency in Vietnam! They really nailed the planning, from transfers to internal bookings, and even catered to our Indian preferences with lunch arrangements.The local guides were humble, knowledgeable, and spoke English, making the trip super smooth and enjoyable. North Vietnam vacation from India Thank you so much, Lily's Travel, Doris for the patient planning and Mina for the excellent execution and daily support!! We had an amazing time covering the northern Vietnam - Ninh Binh, Sa pa, Ha long and Hanoi in 8 days. The transfers, pick up & drop, itinerary was followed smoothly and the guides - Thanh in Ninh Binh, Pai in Sa Pa from Black Hmong minority community (attached photo) had great English speaking skills. 3 out of 4 of us are vegetarians and they included Indian lunches at great restaurants. The Ha long bay luxury cruise company upgraded our room to a VIP room with a swim deck because they had a vacancy and a great relationship with Lily's Travel. Overall it was a stress free, relaxing, smooth vacation with them and we definitely want to repeat for middle and southern Vietnam! Would definitely recommend, thank you!! ️️

We didnt want to do a group tour, so i gave Lilys travel the list of places and activities we wanted to do/visit, and they made it happen, cheaper than i could put it together myself.From airport transfers, accommodation, rail tickets, day tours and even some meals, everything ran like clockwork.The accommodation choices they gave us were amazing- great locations and so luxuriousCjay, Emma and the team have been impeccable when it comes to bookings, options and communication- they have been forwarding messages for every step of the way, and even came into our hotel to introduce themselves.Seeing their office for the first time reassured me that we were dealing with a reputable company- their head office is huge, and even has an entire floor with beds and showers for travellers like us that had a few hours layover in between transport or activities so we could freshen up or take a restEvery day tour they recommended, really delivered! We booked our Ha Long Bay overnight cruise and Ninh Binh day trip through Lily’s Travel, including round-trip transport from our hotel in the Old Quarter, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.From the very beginning, everything was organized professionally.
