We were given a few agencies to check up on Hanoi/Sapa tour. Decided to try out Lily's Travel. No regret in choosing them. Our 1st contact was Tracy who help to plan n arrange the pick up fr airport to hotel n thereafter to SAPA w tours n back to Hanoi n finally transport to airport for our return. Nearer to date, Lucy keep in contact with us. Ensuring tat all the plans are in order n even video call to check on our needs or requirement prior to arrival. It was a good trip - well plan. Good follow up by agent - Lily's Travel. The guide at SAPA was good, punctual n responsible. Good details n info on CAT CAT VILLAGE, FANSIPAN, HEAVEN'S GATE, SILVER WATERFALL n SWING SAPA. Lunch arrangement by agency was good w so much yummy food. Agent follow up on pick up from start to end was simply great.Whenever we ask for any info or direction to certain places in Hanoi - agent is always happy to help. Follow-up with all the links n direction. Response was indeed v fast.About Lily's Travel - on arrival, we were transported to agent office. We were greeted by 2 wonderful n patient staffs named Rosy (both same name). Hospitality was great. Offer drink, snack n even souvenir of mugs n tea. On our final/return trip to Hanoi (after SAPA) - we went to their office to meet up w Lucy n at the same time get to meet Iris too. They are so friendly n patient. Alot of hugs fr both of them - feel like i hv daughters in Hanoi. Even when we return the mugs to them coz of luggage overweight - they alternatively gave us coffee.I fully recommend them if you are looking for tours ard Vietnam. Responsible, quick response, good follow-up, flexible, wonderful staffs.

Chun Chun tailored made a 7 days trip, including 2 days hiking / camping at Phan Xi pan. The hiking guide and supporting team are great to assist us the entire hiking.Miaoying is our 24h contact to host us through the entire trip. Flawless follow ups and arrangement made us travel without any worries. Very relaxed and enjoyable trip.Emma supported as a team made us feeling very safe and welcomed.We as hiking friends group of 14 enjoyed the trip very much with Lily travel agency. We will be back with Chun chun and her team. Very professional & freindly. Highly recommend to talk to chun chun wherever in Vietnam.Thank you for the help, we truly enjoyed the trip.

Huge thanks to Miaoying and Chun Chun for pulling off our amazing Vietnam trip, especially the Ninh Binh part! Everything is at our own pace. As for the arranged meals, overall, they're nice! Just that, since we have many females, the guys have to overeat to prevent food wastage.Big shoutout to our awesome tour guide, Mindy 秋水, who not only kept us entertained but also dished out all the deets on Vietnam – history, culture, fun facts, you name it. Bonus points for her amazing photography skills! And hey, she's not just a pro at guiding but also fluent in Chinese. Too bad she couldn't join us for a meal, possibly due to the company rules we guess. Still, big love to the whole crew for making it an epic adventure.

The travel agents(angels) always understanding my travel plans, patiently listening to my question, being empathetic and caring all the time.Emma :) did excellent job in putting together my travel itinerary with places and days chosen. The plan worked well to make the most of the time with small party experience in Ha long bay(cozy bay cruise with Tim Tam guide) ,great village experience in Sapa (Mua family's home stay and trekking, their family giving company as a solo traveller during evenings and they do not expected tips or try to sell souvenirs their family makes which I really admired).Lucy :) constantly guiding during my journey, giving the information in timely manner. She is understanding ,caring, provided support by contacting their team to communicate my needs to the driver so I catch the bus to Sapa in the tight plan returning from Ha Long bay.

When we were exploring options for our SaPa trek with Lily’s Travel Agency, their outstanding communication, detailed proposal, and how well they addressed our questions really stood out. It impressed us enough to book our 2-night, 3-day Sapa trek with them. The great communication didn't end after booking; they even set up a WhatsApp group for us, making it easy to reach Tracy and May for any questions or concerns.Throughout the trek, their attention to detail was evident, almost like having secret guardian angels ensuring everything ran smoothly. What I appreciated most was their caring and friendly attitude, giving us the feeling of having local friends ready to assist. The agency's collaboration with excellent guides and homestays in Sapa truly made our stay unforgettable.

I’ve been traveling for three months organizing everything by myself. This was my first time booking something through an agency and therefore I was worried that my three days in Sa Pa and three days in Ha Giang was gonna be a tourist trap.. It was quite the opposite! The tours at Lily’s Travels are very high quality. The groups are small, everything is well organized and authentic and the crew at Lily’s are with you via WhatsApp every step of the way.A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Mina and Doris for being the most lovely person and a rock star organizer! I felt so well taken care of all the time and she responded super fast if I had any questions about anything.The trekking in Sa Pa was proper trekking from morning to late afternoon everyday which was exactly what I wanted. The Ha Giang Loop was with a group of about 12 people divided into two groups during daytime, meeting up in the home stays during nighttime. Perfect for a more authentic and free feeling when riding on the bikes instead of being like 20 people having to wait for each other all the time..All in all it was very well spent money and I’m so happy I booked it!

Brilliant Service from Lily's from start to finish! We booked online and via WhatsApp for a tour from Saigon to Hanoi, including excursions to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh, Hanoi Food tour, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills, Cu Chi Tunnels, and Mekong Delta. Tracy did a brilliant job of arranging the itinerary and explaining the arrangements, hotel options etc. and best date choices give Tet festival...she always replying quickly to our questions on WhatsApp. Before the tour Lucy gave us a walk thru' call with advice and answered all our questions. Once we arrived Lucy checked on us everyday and she or others were available 24/7 to help us if needed. The holiday was brilliant and when we had a minor hotel problem, Lucy solved straightaway. Totally trustworthy company and Lily's should be proud, and are lucky, to employ such great people with 110% customer care. We know there are many others there too..we met Annie a couple of times and she was so helpful and welcoming, as was Rosie. They all made a 30th wedding anniversary so memorable and we don't hesitate recognising them... Well done Lily's ️

This was a fun and interesting discovering Sapa and Hanoi local food and culture. We had 2 local service support named Annie,Doris and team. They are very helpful and friendly. My family and I had a very good vacation. We highly recommended this tour agent!

Excellent service from transport, accomodations & tour activities. Mina and Doris took care of everything we need to make our trip enjoyable & memorable. Very responsive & friendly customer service. Highly recommended. Will engage them again for our next Vietnam trip.
