I booked 9 days tour package with Lily’s Travel and my experience was really good. I was contacted by Emma and May who did all the planning for me and made sure that I just enjoy my time in Vietnam. May helped me to find good restaurants and shopping places in Hanoi and either Emma or May replied my queries immediately. I explored Hanoi city by myself and day tour was arranged for Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta by May and Emma. Emma even helped me to book flights from Hanoi to Da Nang and Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. We really love this tour company, and we’ve used them several times already when visiting Vietnam. Our trips to Vietnam were just amazing and they were very organized from Airport Pick up to hotel transport and to the private guides and tours that we took. Communication is just top notch as they’re available almost 24 hours. Ms. Vani(Vietnam),Ms. Lucy Doo(Vietnam), and Ms. Ravi(Cambodia) were our travel coordinators and all of them were amazing. The hotels that we were booked in and the food recommendations they gave us during our trip were just excellent! We even used them for our trip to Cambodia in 2023 and no complaints but just all praises. I will surely book again with them in my future Travels.
