We had an amazingly great family vacation at Vietnam for 10 day booked through Lily’s Travel. Emma had made a super north to south plan and most of the famous spots and activities were covered. The customer support during the trip is really good. Iris from Lily’s travel really made our Vietnam trip so easy and helped for every small issue we faced. The English speaking guides at Hanoi and Phu Quoc were great. The Marble Mountain trip was not that great and lady guide was in rush too. The Cu Chi Tunnels guide was good and helped us understand the historical importance and was accommodating too. Cruise experience at Halong Bay is unforgettable. One must try! Cable car ride of 4 islands at Phu Quoc is one of best and also the Vin Wonder experience.Probably we could have spend more time at Ho Chi Minh to explore locals markets and culture.All over the experience was great and we would highly recommend Lily’s travel for activities and touring in Vietnam.

Brilliant Service from Lily's from start to finish! We booked online and via WhatsApp for a tour from Saigon to Hanoi, including excursions to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh, Hanoi Food tour, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills, Cu Chi Tunnels, and Mekong Delta. Tracy did a brilliant job of arranging the itinerary and explaining the arrangements, hotel options etc. and best date choices give Tet festival...she always replying quickly to our questions on WhatsApp. Before the tour Lucy gave us a walk thru' call with advice and answered all our questions. Once we arrived Lucy checked on us everyday and she or others were available 24/7 to help us if needed. The holiday was brilliant and when we had a minor hotel problem, Lucy solved straightaway. Totally trustworthy company and Lily's should be proud, and are lucky, to employ such great people with 110% customer care. We know there are many others there too..we met Annie a couple of times and she was so helpful and welcoming, as was Rosie. They all made a 30th wedding anniversary so memorable and we don't hesitate recognising them... Well done Lily's ️

Lily's travel provides the best tour package in Vietnam. Our tour was of 7 nights and 8 days and it was well arranged by the staff of Lily's travel (Jolie and Lucy). Lucy and Jolie were very supportive all the time and provided the best services for our trip including the comfy stays and airport pickup and transfers. The tour guides were knowledgeable and took us through the rich culture of Vietnam in all the four cities we visited (Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An and Ha Noi). The cruise trip was absolutely amazing covered with the beautiful sightseeing, adventure activities like bamboo boating and kayaking. Special thanks to the staff for providing us the perfect stay with personalized decoration for our honeymoon trip! It made our trip memorable ️ Kudos for the job done by Lucy and Jolie! We recently visited Vietnam as part of our anniversary trip from India and I am so glad we chose Lily’s travel for our tour planning .
