We recently visited Vietnam as part of our anniversary trip from India and I am so glad we chose Lily’s travel for our tour planning . The hotels ,drivers ,tour guides etc were top notch and we spent all our 6 days in Vietnam completely stress free . Right from the start Aaron helped us with multiple itineraries to choose from .He was very helpful and provided quick answers to our questions .Having started the plan a little late from our side he went extra mile to book hotels ,flights quickly and also helped us in getting visa on time . Right before our departure Annie took over the responsibility of keeping us updated on important tips before we land in Vietnam.She provided us with all guide and pick up details well in advance and made sure everything is planned well.She was always available for any questions we might have during our stay in Vietnam . She was well supported by customer support team.I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to take a trip to Vietnam .

After a two week group cycling trip that finished in Saigon, we spent a week exploring some of the rest of Vietnam with a tour put together for us by Lilys. Everything was great. Super hotels, interesting tours and punctual drivers. Every evening the Lilys agent would confirm our itinerary for the following day and would check again in the morning that we had been collected and that all was fine. Having been a bit nervous about dealing directly with a Vietnam agent, the experience was superb - a definite five stars. (Our trip was Saigon - Hoi An - Hue - Halong - Hanoi)

Wonderful experience with Lily travels Hanoi . Team is totally professional and fantastic hospitality. My family trip was amazing with the help of Lucy and Doris from Lily who managed everything for my family convenience either Indian vegetarian food , cars , sight seeing etc. it was not an easy task to take care of your tour in 4 cities with all 9 days different activities where all family members have different choices. We chose Lily’s Travel to plan our trip of a lifetime covering 4 weeks and travelling across 3 countries as it was becoming complex.We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their supreme customer service and care and concern.We were met by a luxury private car every time, with a card showing our name and always knew which registration and driver to expect. It was very comforting when you have 6 drivers pestering you upon arrival, mostly feeling hot and bothered!The hotels they chose were always plush, and centrally located and we were often upgraded.The trips they arranged were always very efficient and super value, often with a local meal included some of which were extremely posh. On the evening before each trip we always got a WhatsApp detailing the name of the tour guide, his number and our pick up time. The Tour Guides were super professional, and flexible and very often we had a private tour with a private, air conditioned car and a driver who was always waiting with iced water and cool tissues in hand. We felt like VIPs!Doris and Mina from Lily’s Travel were super responsive when we reached out with queries and also very flexible when, punished by the heat or feeling ill, we asked to move trips around or cancel stuff. These ladies felt like our own personal team and it was so comforting to know they were there, day and night if we needed them.As always with such a long and complex trip there were hiccups but they resolved things so quickly and with SUCH a good solution we were never ever let down. In fact we felt special and valued.They arranged a contact in Cambodia and our trips and tour guides, and transport there and oversaw the whole thing and constantly checked that we were OK.I would highly recommend them and would always use them for future trips.
