As we began planning our trip to Vietnam we looked into many different travel agencies and were drawn to Lily’s travel because of the options to visit more rural areas of Northern Vietnam like Mai Chau, Pu Luong, and Ninh Binh and customize the length of our stay. From the very beginning Lily’s Travel agents Elena and Mina were very communicative, sending helpful videos and answering any questions we had immediately. Our guide Đoàn was very knowledgeable about the history of the regions we visited which added a lot to our tour. While we enjoyed the more touristy parts of the tour like Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, we also felt like Lily’s Travel and Đoàn helped pick out hikes and activities that were more off the beaten path in Mai Chau and Pu Luong. The entire tour was seamless and the travel agency handled all hotel check ins and driver coordination. We would highly recommend booking a trip with Lily’s Travel if you are visiting Vietnam!

Lucy and Doris were the absolute best! They helped me plan a 9 day tour of Ha Giang, sapa, nimh Binh, and LAN Ha bay. They made sure everything was organized to the minute, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They checked in on me to make sure I was having a great time and made sure all of my needs were met. Our tour was great. We saw so many fantastic places during our tour of Vietnam.Everything went like a Swiss clock.Hotels,excursions,domestic flights,buses,and pick-up were wonderful and drivers so punctual. Could say I was really very satisfied with all support during travelling on different locations in Vietnam. Also my strange wishes have been realized without any troubles or uncertainty. What a well organised trip everything was done very professionally from the pre planning to paying and then the almost 3 weeks of enjoying Vietnam. Most of our dealing was with Desmond who was always contactable by using WhatsApp. Every day we would get details for next day with pick up times and location. It was so easy to enjoy Vietnam using Lily's Travel Agency, we highly recommend them a great variety of single or multi day trips or longer trips.

Dear Rosy and Tracy, my Heartiest Thanks for planning this Vietnam Tour.It was amazing, Vietnam is a beautiful country. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, the trip was very well planned. We did a full 12 days tour from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi.The booking was done smoothly and quickly.Pickup service were on time.The Tour Guides were well versed in English and explained the historical sites properly.The Hotels were mostly good, we had few issues which were quickly resolved at the hotel's front desk itself. The HaLong Bay Cruise was our first one and it was magical.On this note, overall we are very satisfied with the service provided and customer care provided by Lily's Travel Team and special thanks to Rosy and Tracy who made this trip memorable for a lifetime.

We did Vietnam tour from north to south for ten days. From the beginning to end we got the whole services with tours, hotels, transportations.. with Lily’s Travel. The team was very organized and informative all the time. Whenever we need them, they replied immediately! Especially Mina from team, supported us all the time. Despite we had 2 small kids, we had really good time there. I have just suggestions to travelers; stay in Hanoi at least one night, and no need to go Ho Chi Minh City.

We entered through North Vietnam the cooler part - then visited the central - Danang the best and then came out through the South - the leftist epi centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Vast natural diversity with greatest landscapes and some crazy activities. All plannings done by Lilly Travels and executed well by Ms. Feng and our cutest operator Ms. Lucy. Memories will linger long.
