Hassle free trip and enjoyed 8 Nights from North to south without any stress that's because of Gina and Zoey from Lily's Tour agency. Even the hotels were good enough booked by them. We had a fantastic time in Hanoi with Lilys travel organising all our transport including sleeper bus to Sapa . Very good guides and taxis . Very good communications plus a hot line if needed .Sam and Stella was behind us all the time checking up if we are ok ! Senior travellers this is the way to go . We loved Vietnam .Will be back with Sam and Stella
Sam and Cate were very on spot and on time with every little detail of our 11 day, 10 night trip from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. With so many items in our itinerary, they never failed to put us in the right place at the right time. Supplying us with detail instructions, contact numbers and times of pick up, our travels went very smoothly. You can tell they were genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our tour and we did. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.The reason why I gave this tour a 4 out of 5 was because they will include ‘tourist traps’ on route to the highlight of the day that was time spent in mini tours that were all about selling you products to spend $$$. To be fair, it was interesting to go through the factories to see how they made these ‘products’ but I’m not a shopper so if you are, then you’ll probably enjoy it all.

Great tours organized by Lily Travel. We went to Lily Travel to do sightseeing in Hanoi. We were introduced a few one-day tours and we went to Trang An and Lan Ha Bay. The scenery is really nice! Mina has done an excellent job in organizing the tours for us and made sure that we are well taken care of.Thank you, Mina!
As this was our first time to Vietnam and only had limited time, we made a bit ambitious itinerary which hard to do if you arrange by yourself. Randomly, we contacted Lily's Travel Agency through google and talked to Doris. Doris was very attentive to accommodate our preferences and very fast to respond us with the offering. Next day, Mina contacted us to specify the schedule day by day i.e. driver, tour guide, hotel, cruise. All the arrangements went smoothly. She also recommended us with restaurants, cafes, shops near our hotel. In summary, our short gateway at Hanoi & Sapa was wonderful. We really recommend Lily travel to arrange your private trip while in Vietnam. Thank you so much for Doris & Mina and all team of Lily Travel.
