Visiting Vietnam has been a long time dream of mine so when we finally decided to do it I started looking for help to book an itinerary. Lily's Travel came out on top of my search and I have no doubt at all it was the right choice. Mina planned a full 14 day itinerary for us that covered all of Vietnam and included some great things we love to do like cooking, motorbikes, history and culture, and visiting local food places.Every single detail was so well organised. Communication with Mina continued from our first messages to every single day on the tour, giving us next steps local guide names, pick up times and place, etc. We really felt Mina was doing her very best to make sure we had the most enjoyable and seamless trip.

I cannot recommend Lily's Travel Agency highly enough. Our family trip of six to Vietnam was a dream come true, and it was genuinely the trip of a lifetime. The planning, the support, and the guides were all exceptional, especially considering they had to coordinate everything for a larger group!​Our 9-day, 8-night itinerary gave us a fantastic mix of experiences: two days each in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi, plus a beautiful one-day cruise. We spent two days with each: ​Eden (Ho Chi Minh City): Eden was a wonderful guide to kick things off. She expertly balanced history, showing us the powerful Cu Chi Tunnels, with local culture, guiding us through a coconut village area and local handicraft workshops. Her knowledge was fantastic. ​Andy (Da Nang): Andy was organized and professional, handling the exciting logistics for all six of us up to the Ba Na Hills and the charming French Village. He also took us to the fascinating Marble Mountains. Everything ran so smoothly with him. ​Lilly (Hanoi & Ninh Binh): Lilly was a pure delight! She has the most cheerful personality and made exploring Hanoi City (including the Temple of Literature) feel vibrant. Her passion for the beautiful, serene scenery around Ninh Binh (or similar region) was infectious. ​​Lily's customer service behind the scenes was absolutely outstanding, proving they care about the traveler's experience​They took great care of our dietary needs. As we requested Indian food, they ensured this was catered for everywhere. Crucially, they also went out of their way to provide delicious Vietnamese vegetarian food so we could safely and easily try local flavors—a level of care that is incredible when managing six different plates! ​ From the initial planning with Doris to the ongoing support, everything was effortless. We had the reassurance of a 24/7 hotline, and a dedicated local representative named Sam was assigned to us for any local issues. This made us feel completely secure throughout the journey. ​If you are looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and professional agency—especially one that handles group and family travel with such expertise—I wholeheartedly recommend Lily's. I just had to write and let you know how absolutely Marvellous, Fantastic and amazing our holiday was! Everything ran like clockwork! Lily's Travel Agency were brilliant from initial enquiry and were very knowledgeable ,efficient and friendly staff. We have a 5 star service from Mina, she made sure that all the details of our airport transfers, tours were sent to us in advance. We were also touched by the extra mile that Mina went to arrange small birthday surprises at hotels and Ha Long Bay. I would definitely recommend Lily's Travel Agency and give Mina a 5 star rating for both!

We did a full day tour with Lilly’s Travel to the Mekong and with lunch. It was a very full day with lots of boat changes, visit to the coconut plantation, bee honey amongst other things. It was a great day. The guide , Cjay, was helpful and fun and managed to keep us moving. The down side was when we booked I was asked about lunch preferences and as 2 out of the 3 of us don’t eat seafood I should have checked, the one who liked fish had a lovely lunch while the 2 of us ate rice. There was an amazing looking vegetarian option - so make sure you make your meal preference clear. All up, a great guide and driver and enjoyable and informative day.

Engaged Lily's Travel through a friend’s recommendation as we wanted a smooth, worry-free trip to Sapa. All communication was prompt and clearly answered, giving us confidence even before the trip began. We happened to travel during a period when typhoons were still affecting the region, with reports of flooding in Hanoi and landslides in Sapa.Thankfully, Lily's Travel took great care of us throughout. Special thanks to Annie and Mina, who handled all arrangements with care and flexibility, to our Sapa guide Ms. Sung, who was attentive and knowledgeable and the drivers for driving us to safety. Despite the challenging weather, everything went smoothly and we had an enjoyable, memorable experience. All the meals provided were delicious with generous portions as well.Highly recommend Lily Travel for their professionalism, reliability, and personal touch especially when traveling under unpredictable conditions. We will not hesitate to engage Lily's Travel again for our next trip to Central Vietnam.

We had an individually built your for our couple with CJay. He was a caring warm person and a professional , who made our 13 days tour full of fun, entertainment and knowledge about oeopke and this country. Loved every bit of it. We saw Hanoi, Ho-Ann, HoiLong, Sapa, Hue , took a sleeping bus, overnight train between cities and veloriksha in the capital, tried a lot of local foods and massage in many places. 5+ for all Vietnamese people who made our 2week stay comfortable, stressless and warm.

Second time liaising and working with Tracy of Lily’s Travel to plan a private tour for our group of friends. First time was in 2023. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa. Tracy and her colleague Lucy are helpful and friendly. We had an issue with transport vehicle and they were able to resolve quickly and meet our expectations. They are reliable and provide good customer service. Will recommend their agency to friends who are keen to visit Vietnam.

We booked the Ambassador cruise on Ha long bay through Lily’s travel and cannot fault them - easy booking, lots of information and great assistance from Cjay up to and after the cruise.
