The Lily's Travel team was exceptional. I organized the Halong Bay cruise and three days in Sapa with them. After my initial inquiry, I received their offer within an hour, and within minutes I had already paid a deposit. Congratulations to everyone, but a special thanks goes to Mina. Lily travel helped us to travel throughout Vietnam with proper planning and schedule. Their service was amazing and they did arrange everything for us in a minimal cost. We planned this VIETNAM trip of 13 Pax (5 Families) 10days with Lily Travels after comparing around 5 travel agencies. But Lily tour cost was competative and of course quality without any deviation from the original agreement.We covered Hanoi, Halong bay ,Danang , Phuquoc & Hochiminh city including hotel , Domestic Air Transfer, visa and tour as per Itenerary with Lily tours.Mr. Min from Sales has planned and negotiate many occasions to fix our tour in a specified budget. He is honest, professional to the customer and dedicated for his company . Despite of many time changes in our plan and itenary , he never dissapoint us to suit our requirements.Ms Mina taken care us after landing in Vietnam very smoothly with prior information about the tour and pick up and drop procedures , for which we appreciate her responsibility.

We couples from India had a wonderful 6 days tour in Vietnam last week of March 2026 with Lillys Travels, Vietnam. Ms. Mina was our tour programmer. I would say she is very particular and having good convincing skill what exactly required for. Everything was well organised and timely reminders from Ms. Mina, made easy for us to roam around in Vietnam. Everyday she used to send the details of next day program. Ms. Mina was all time available in whatsapp whenever I have a question. We had overall wonderful experience in Vietnam with Lillys Travels and with Ms. Mina. A big thank you to Tony and Lucy for making my 14 days customed built tour from Hanoi, Sapa, Danang, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh an amazing adventure. Tony has been very understanding and patient. Lucy is cheerful and friendly and has been so helpful at making sure that I know what to expect everyday on my tour. I will miss her daily text now that the tour is over. Both Tony and Lucy went above and beyond to make my vietnam adventure one of my best trip ever. If you want to visit Vietnam I highly recommend Lily's Travel Agency. They have the best staff.

I would take this time to Thank Lily travels for such a wonderful planned & executed customised trip..!A big thank you to Min who jotted down all the places we were interested to visit, helped us with all his inputs & made this whole trip possible. We were a family of 5 who wanted to explore Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Hoi Ann, Hanoi, Ha long Bay & Sapa. We were in Vietnam for 15Nights. Lucy who was with us throughout the trip on what’s app…! She was kind enough to change the timings quickly whenever needed and was very cordial, She never said No even if it was a last minute change️was very quick & spontaneous with her work..!We as a family enjoyed and explored Vietnam, tried local Banh Mi which is now my favourite & tried to taste most of the coffees Vietnam had to offer..! the food around Vietnam is delicious..The guides that we had were just amazing a huge shoutout to Chu who was with us in Sapa she was a darling, she’s so kind & enthusiastic.. Adam who took us to Ha long bay & Andy who was with us in Da Nang & Hoi Ann he took us to the main market, night market and we brought en number of goodies to take back to India including got my Ao Dai stitched ️ he was such a great help throughout communicating our needs…! And was indeed very helpful..! All the drives from our first pickup from the airport till we were dropped back were very patient with us and very helpful. HK bus services to & from Sapa was relaxing, comfortable, clean & enjoyed the ride over all..!The tour was very well organised, the hotels given to us by Min were just amazing. Specially the breakfast, comfortable rooms, down to earth staff in the hotels & The view from all our hotels were absolutely stunning specially the - Sunset Beach resort loved the private beach property, Mercury Ba Na hills took me all the way to France! Maximilan hotel, the location was really good & was close to most of the places making it so easy for us to roam around in the evenings just on our own. Can’t miss out the massage joints that were close by from the hotels..! KK Sapa hotel the rooms & the view breathtaking…. Relaxing in the balcony and just having a cup of Vietnamese tea was a memory we all took back… The last but not the least MK boutique in Hanoi was really good, the staff over there were the sweetest….. we bonded so well with them. We really enjoyed our trip thank you so much Min for all your hardwork. Really grateful & when I plan a trip again to Vietnam I’ll definitely come back to Lilys travel & suggest people as well.

My cruise day trip to Ha Long Bay was awesome! The itinerary of the trip was really well thought out and executed.
