Special thanks to Mina who made this experience extra special, and every staff at their main office who are friendly and accommodating, they made sure we’re comfortable on our trip from arrival at the airport up to our departure.
I had the most amazing time in Vietnam and it was especially made exceptional with lily’s travel service, especially Doris and Quella who were very communicative the entire time we saw and did things that we never thought we would ever do. I wouldn’t have been to plan on my own, just everything from the accommodations to our tour guide to transportation to our included meals was exceptional 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.
We had excellent 11 day Vietnam tour to Hanoi, Sapa, ha long bay, da nang and Phu quoc island. Gorgeous hotel and grounds. Rooms spotless and boutique-like, pool is fabulous, staff lovely and a short walk to the buzzing centre of Tam Coc and short taxi to Nimh Binh and all local attractions. Free pool table and bikes etc to hire, bar and good breakfast. Brilliant with my older teens.

From the start, Lily Travel team has been very helpful and friendly . They are well spoken in English and make our communication easier. I like to give our appreciations and heartfelt thanks to Ms Mina, Ms Hany, Ms Kila, Ms Monica and the rest of staff who has been accommodating to mostly our wishes. Ms Mina especially is very patient and handled all our issues promptly. She is quick to resolve when we encounter the tickets issue with the DamiTrans Sleeper Train. Kudos to her. Their office in Hanoi is one of the best with facilities like showering and bunker beds to rest while we waiting for our flight . Overall it was unforgettable beautiful experience for all of us. The tour guide in Sapa Ms Ka was well versed and knowledgeable. She understands our situation as we are all seniors and patiently waits for us. The Halal restaurants she brought us are all very very good! Before I arrived in Vietnam, I reached out to Lily’s Travel Agency with a few basic questions. From the very beginning, they were always willing to help and responded professionally. They even sent me the link for the pre-arrival card I had to complete before entering Vietnam—something I didn’t know about until they informed me. My review of Lily's Travel Agency service is excellent for both Tracy and Mina. It was easy to negotiate with Tracy and she was helpful (as previously) with putting together a good holiday with great hotels and good tours. Mina's management of the day to day arrangements was also excellent. Transport was arranged perfectly and Mina also tried to accommodate our wishes when we changed at the last minute. All correspondence was via WhatsApp and we didn't even need a local sim card as we were able to communicate using WIFI in the various hotels.At the outset we got one quote from Lilys and a competing quote from another local agency and Lily's offered far better value.We will be using Lily's again next time.
Excellent ServiceWe had a wonderful experience during our 8-day, 7-night tour of Hanoi, Ninh Bình, Halong Bay, and Sapa. Everything was very well organized, from transportation and accommodations to the daily activities. Our tour guide, Hany, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always made sure everyone in our group was comfortable and well taken care of.The service was excellent throughout the trip, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned so we could enjoy the highlights of each destination without feeling rushed. We especially appreciated Hany’s helpfulness, patience, and attention to detail.One incident that truly showed how helpful and caring Hany was happened after our Halong Bay cruise. I accidentally left my shoes on the cruise and did not realize it until we arrived in Hanoi. Hany immediately helped contact Ambassador Cruise, locate my shoes, and arrange for them to be sent back to our hotel in Hanoi. I was very grateful for her quick assistance and excellent follow-up.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Vietnam.
