Once the plan was finalized and confirmed, the execution was taken up by cute little ever smiling IRIS from Lily travel. She was tracking every move and was available almost 24x7 for any help that we may need. The guide at HCM, Choung was very smart, quite knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. I went on a 3-day tour with friends. It was a pleasurable experience and I was surprised that the first and second days were half-day city tours. 3rd day was mostly exciting. I got to experience how candy was made, went on boat rides, temples, and lunch was included. Annie and Mia were very helpful and had great communication. The hotel they arranged was the best. We were picked up + dropped off to the hotel. Thanks to them, I experienced a wonderful tour. If you are thinking about going to Vietnam, book with Lily’s!
We had an amazingly great family vacation at Vietnam for 10 day booked through Lily’s Travel. Emma had made a super north to south plan and most of the famous spots and activities were covered. The customer support during the trip is really good. Iris from Lily’s travel really made our Vietnam trip so easy and helped for every small issue we faced. The English speaking guides at Hanoi and Phu Quoc were great. The Marble Mountain trip was not that great and lady guide was in rush too. The Cu Chi Tunnels guide was good and helped us understand the historical importance and was accommodating too. Cruise experience at Halong Bay is unforgettable. One must try! Cable car ride of 4 islands at Phu Quoc is one of best and also the Vin Wonder experience.Probably we could have spend more time at Ho Chi Minh to explore locals markets and culture.All over the experience was great and we would highly recommend Lily’s travel for activities and touring in Vietnam.
We just completed an amazing five night tour of Hanoi, Halong Bay, Trang An and Hua Lo, organized by Lily’s travel. The planning of the tour by Vani was perfect - individualized to our requirements and Vani put together a great quality and well priced package for us. Annie, provided fantastic customer support before and during the tour, by video call, telephone and via messaging. Annie was available for us 24/7 and kept us informed of all our transfer arrangements, kept an ‘eye on us’ throughout, and was always and immediately on hand to answer any questions. I’ve been traveling for three months organizing everything by myself. This was my first time booking something through an agency and therefore I was worried that my three days in Sa Pa and three days in Ha Giang was gonna be a tourist trap.. It was quite the opposite! The tours at Lily’s Travels are very high quality. The groups are small, everything is well organized and authentic and the crew at Lily’s are with you via WhatsApp every step of the way.A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Mina and Doris for being the most lovely person and a rock star organizer! I felt so well taken care of all the time and she responded super fast if I had any questions about anything.The trekking in Sa Pa was proper trekking from morning to late afternoon everyday which was exactly what I wanted. The Ha Giang Loop was with a group of about 12 people divided into two groups during daytime, meeting up in the home stays during nighttime. Perfect for a more authentic and free feeling when riding on the bikes instead of being like 20 people having to wait for each other all the time..All in all it was very well spent money and I’m so happy I booked it!

We recently did a trip to Vietnam. We chose Lily’s Travel upon the recommendation of one of the group’s traveller’s cousin. We started preparing for the trip over 9 months prior to departure. At first, we started working with Vani only to be joined by Mina. I’ll let you in on a little secret: they were amazingly efficient. Shortly before leaving BC, we started doing Zoom calls with them as they explained certain things in person, rather than on paper. During the trip, we received daily texts from them, assuring that everything went well. They ironed out a couple of issues for us, including my wife’s sudden departure back to Montreal because of a family emergency. Vani and Mina arranged to have a taxi pick up my wife from Ha Long Bay to take her to Hanoi to fly out the same day. We called one of the two ladies at 7:30 AM in Hanoi to arrange for the taxi to pick up my wife at 6:30 PM in Ha Long Bay as that was the day for our tour. Once we arrived back on shore, the taxi driver was waiting for her to whisk her back to Hanoi, a 3 hour ride. I highly recommend Lily’s Travel as they are the experts and they care about offering premium service. If you’re lucky to work with either Vani or Mina, the emoji expert, it’ll be a bonus.
I reached out to Lily’s to book a middle and Northern Vietnam tour with specific sights I wanted to see.; Ba Na Hills golden Bridge, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi. They booked the tours, hotels, guides and transport. All was seamless! I chose mid priced accommodations and all were fabulous. They were within easy walking distance to everything and in the older parts of town which I prefer. I travelled alone and always felt safe often walking the streets alone at night checking out the life in each city. Mia my first contact and Cassie my overseer kept in constant contact ensuring all suppliers - tour companies, drivers etc. were on time and troubleshooted a few minor issues I felt their pricing was excellent value for what I received.
