Brilliant Service from Lily's from start to finish! We booked online and via WhatsApp for a tour from Saigon to Hanoi, including excursions to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh, Hanoi Food tour, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills, Cu Chi Tunnels, and Mekong Delta. Tracy did a brilliant job of arranging the itinerary and explaining the arrangements, hotel options etc. and best date choices give Tet festival...she always replying quickly to our questions on WhatsApp. Before the tour Lucy gave us a walk thru' call with advice and answered all our questions. Once we arrived Lucy checked on us everyday and she or others were available 24/7 to help us if needed. The holiday was brilliant and when we had a minor hotel problem, Lucy solved straightaway. Totally trustworthy company and Lily's should be proud, and are lucky, to employ such great people with 110% customer care. We know there are many others there too..we met Annie a couple of times and she was so helpful and welcoming, as was Rosie. They all made a 30th wedding anniversary so memorable and we don't hesitate recognising them... Well done Lily's ️

Lily's travel provides the best tour package in Vietnam. Our tour was of 7 nights and 8 days and it was well arranged by the staff of Lily's travel (Jolie and Lucy). Lucy and Jolie were very supportive all the time and provided the best services for our trip including the comfy stays and airport pickup and transfers. The tour guides were knowledgeable and took us through the rich culture of Vietnam in all the four cities we visited (Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An and Ha Noi). The cruise trip was absolutely amazing covered with the beautiful sightseeing, adventure activities like bamboo boating and kayaking. Special thanks to the staff for providing us the perfect stay with personalized decoration for our honeymoon trip! It made our trip memorable ️ Kudos for the job done by Lucy and Jolie! We recently visited Vietnam as part of our anniversary trip from India and I am so glad we chose Lily’s travel for our tour planning . The hotels ,drivers ,tour guides etc were top notch and we spent all our 6 days in Vietnam completely stress free . Right from the start Aaron helped us with multiple itineraries to choose from .He was very helpful and provided quick answers to our questions .Having started the plan a little late from our side he went extra mile to book hotels ,flights quickly and also helped us in getting visa on time . Right before our departure Annie took over the responsibility of keeping us updated on important tips before we land in Vietnam.She provided us with all guide and pick up details well in advance and made sure everything is planned well.She was always available for any questions we might have during our stay in Vietnam . She was well supported by customer support team.I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to take a trip to Vietnam .

After a two week group cycling trip that finished in Saigon, we spent a week exploring some of the rest of Vietnam with a tour put together for us by Lilys. Everything was great. Super hotels, interesting tours and punctual drivers. Every evening the Lilys agent would confirm our itinerary for the following day and would check again in the morning that we had been collected and that all was fine. Having been a bit nervous about dealing directly with a Vietnam agent, the experience was superb - a definite five stars. (Our trip was Saigon - Hoi An - Hue - Halong - Hanoi)

Lily travels’ Rosy and Mia were so professional from start to finish. And beyond. We started with a custom 10 day tour. Then suggested my brother in law and sister in law use them and they loved them. And then Rosy and Mia helped my daughter and her friend who was sick and helped them get out of a small town Ninh Binh in to Hanoi and into a hospital!!!! All by text. And this was AFTER WE LEFT VIETNAM!!! I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH !!! Thank you for a wonderful trip and lovely memories !

This was a fun and interesting discovering Sapa and Hanoi local food and culture. We had 2 local service support named Annie,Doris and team. They are very helpful and friendly. My family and I had a very good vacation. We highly recommended this tour agent!

Wonderful experience with Lily travels Hanoi . Team is totally professional and fantastic hospitality. My family trip was amazing with the help of Lucy and Doris from Lily who managed everything for my family convenience either Indian vegetarian food , cars , sight seeing etc. it was not an easy task to take care of your tour in 4 cities with all 9 days different activities where all family members have different choices.
