We got off the plane a few hours ago traveling 24 hrs from Danang via Taiwan to NYC. So while everything is still a fond fresh memory let me say how exceptional Lilly’s Travel and especially my dear Mina! Flawless execution of many moving parts. From the North to Cambodia back to central. We fast tracked , because for a few extra dollars you are covered in any eventuality, always coordinated seamlessly in 4 airports, drivers on time 100% for two weeks, cars, vans all meticulous, all professional guides were outstanding, always knowledgeable, helpful beyond their responsibilities. Vietnam and Cambodia were marvelously executed. Constant timely communication through on what’s app. Hotels magnificent! Especially Cambodia in Siem Reap Angkor WatBook with a local agent in Vietnam, best to have someone to talk to in your time zone for fast responses when needed.

Experience and Exposure The best travel agency in Vietnam. We just went to vietnam to celebrate anniversary. It was a wholesome experience for us. Lily travels has been excellent from starting to end of our trip. They were very helpful in giving detailed itinerary of each and every day. Most preferable We were group of 25 members and we never felt any kind of issues regarding our visiting places/food/tour guides provided by Lilly travels.Also specially Miss Lucy had managed the trip fully enjoyable as well as memorable. Lily's travel saved me so much time from trip planning Lily's travel made the planning of my Hanoi trip very easy. They worked with all tour providers and arravged all the dropoff and pickups. I did 2 day trips to ha long Bay and Ninh Binh as well as 2 night trip to Sapa.I worked with an agent over Whatsapp initially and then when I finally arrived in Hanoi, I went to their office and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cjay was assigned to me as 24x7 contact and I kid you not he really was available almost every time despite the time difference. He was very patient with the questions and always helped as much as possible. I’ll highly recommend using Lily’s travel for your travel bookings.

Efficient & Fun, Clear, Communicative Tour! I was hesitant on using a tour as I was worried about the communication I’d be receiving as well as being rushed at a lot of the places. However, I found this tour to be amazing for our first time in Vietnam!We were first directed to Mina at Hanoi, and she carefully explained everything and how each day, she’ll be texting us through WhatsApp about the schedule, who is picking us up, who our guide is, etc. A couple months prior, when we were planning our trip there, she helped us curate our own tour schedule. It was seamless and I didn’t have to worry about anything as she was pretty much in charge of everything. I felt at ease and that was the best part; I didn’t have to worry about getting to and from places, accommodations, etc as it was handled by her.I also found that the inclusive price for the tour was very fair for the amt of days we stayed. They were able to secure 4-5 star hotels for a great price, and each time we were going to a place, we would be accommodated by friendly guide/driver who would have AC in the cars as well as provided assistance in carrying our bags/luggage’s when needed.Overall, really enjoyed the experience with them; and if you want to sightsee all the popular/tourist areas but have no idea on how to go about it in an efficient way, Lily’s Travel is the best! I am adamant on clear communication, and they, especially our rep Mina, were very helpful and supportive through the process.Another highlight was the evacuation from Hoi An to Da Nang as there was a flood incoming. Mina was able to get us a driver and hotel right away, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we got to our destination safely. They really care about your stay here, so again, really big thanks to them and Mina for making it so memorable! We’ll be back

Highly recommended! This review is for the complete trip - 12 days in Vietnam covering Hanoi, Hoi An / Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.Lily’s Travel and Mina especially, provided excellent travel planning service for our group of 9 travelers from the US. From organizing the itinerary (tours, hotels, flights) and providing ground support (cars, vans and buses!) to take us (and the increasing luggage of our group!) to our travel destinations. We took the following tours: Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta and a Vintage Vespa Street Food tour in HCMC.I highly recommend using Lily’s Tour to give you peace of mind traveling throughout Vietnam.

Truly enjoyable and well-organised Really glad our family of 9, including elderly and kids, engaged Lily’s Travel for our trip to Danang and Hoi An.The pre-trip coordination was very smooth and responsive over email, and Ms Sophia managed to accommodate all our changes to the itinerary.On-scene coord was also well done via Whatsapp, with Ms Lucy providing early info and details required for vehicle details, timings and program.Special shout out to our guides - Mr Hau in Hoi An and Mr Tung in Danang. They were brilliant in knowledge and took good care of us, especially the elders who had challenges walking. They made special arrangements to ensure they were not over-taxed and able to enjoy all of the programs together.Overall, will recommend

Amazing HCMC One of our best trips with family, friends & kids...to Ho Chi Minh City. We were in HCMC from Dubai on a short 5 day trip.
