My friend and I spent 3 nights in Sa Pa and 2 nights in Hanoi. We booked private guide from Lily’s Travel. We are very satisfied with their itinerary and coordination. Mina and Koi both followed up before and during the trip very clearly and efficiently. We are both truly appreciative of their commitment.When in Hanoi, the private limousine bus driver dropped us off further away from the designated place, Mina immediately came to look for us and reported the matter to the other company.Also in Sa Pa we requested to depart one hour earlier to Hanoi, again Mina acceded to it and got us an earlier bus ride.Thank you

I just came back from a 7D6N extended family tour to Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Halong organised with Lily's Travel. There were 11 of us with 2 relatives skipping Halong. All of us enjoyed ourselves very much. The Hanoi and Ninh Binh hotels and overnight Halong cruise (La Siesta Ma May, Lalita and Hermes Cruise) were excellent and so were the Hanoi food and city tours. In Ninh Binh, we went for a boat trip in Trang An, dropped by the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and explored Hang Mua. The tour guides, transport and included meals were all excellent.I would like to thank Mrs Vani of Lily's Travel for the professionalism, hard work, sincerity and patience she had displayed in customising the trip to take into account different needs of 11 of us. She also went above and beyond her duties to help me organise a 70th birthday dinner for the eldest in the group. As I could not communicate in Vietnamese, she sourced a few choices for me and liaised with the selected restaurant on the menu and price with adjustments along the way. The dinner was a great success! The ambience and the food quality and presentation were excellent. Most importantly, the birthday gal was very, very happy! Thank you so much, Mrs Vani!I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the operations team, namely Lucy, Alexa and Sandie. They ensured the itinerary and any requested changes along the way were executed well, with timely communications with me on meeting times, vehicle registration numbers and the name and contact information of the drivers and tour guides, etc. Together with Mrs Vani, they were most patient, warm helpful and remained so throughout our 7D trip even after my abortive attempt at the 11th hour to change the itinerary to account for rain forecasts. Fortunately for us, the weather was very "cooperative" throughout - rained only when we were indoors and cool weather with only a passing drizzle when we were outdoors.Overall, I would highly recommend Lily's Travel for the staff's professionalism, dedication and warmth, especially if one is thinking of a multi-day trip for a group in Vietnam. I cannot thank Mrs Vani, Lucy, Alexa and Sandie enough.

I had an incredible experience with Lily Travel Agency during my 15-day trip to Vietnam last December 2023. Thanks to the exceptional service from May and Koi, the entire trip was hassle-free and cost less than $1000. I visited nine cities: Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City.May and Koi planned everything meticulously, ensuring I never had to worry about anything. One instance that stood out was when I needed cash urgently to pay a Grab driver, and May helped me out without expecting repayment. Another time, during my Ninh Binh trip, the tour guide missed Mua Cave, and Koi promptly refunded the money for that part of the trip.Their kindness and efficiency made my trip truly memorable. The Vietnamese people are incredibly warm and supportive, and I was deeply touched by their culture. I highly recommend Lily Travel Agency to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam and have already shared their name with a few friends. Xuyen did a great job of helping us out and touring us to the destinations. The places were very nice, clean and interesting, Xuyen is very helpful and engaging too.

Not all itineraries will go according to plan. Hence when something unexpected happens, one will feel safe to have someone assuring to put things in place for one.Lily's Travel Agency is such a company that delivered 100% on their promise "Trust is more valuable than gold".When one of the day tours started earlier than our hotel's breakfast time, they called our hotel to pack breakfast for us to eat on the bus.While waiting for many hours to board our sleeper bus after arriving in Hanoi, Vietnam, they offered a nice guest place in their office for us to relax and freshen up to get ready for our next trip.Just before and after everyday tour, they will message to check on us and to seek our feedback for improvement.We are glad to be in the great hands of Lily's Travel Agency.
