I started off my trip by meeting with Tony and giving him my trip details to build the perfect itinerary. He made everything seamless despite my friends and I having different arrivals and departures. The team we met with in Hanoi were incredibly wholesome and ready to take care of questions, concerns and any other arrangements as needed. We spent 7 days going from Sa Pa to Ha Long Bay and everything was perfect. Thanks again to Quynh Huong, Tony, Anh Hong, Chi, Linh, Nhi, Mina, Hường Vũ, Meo Meo, Nhật Hồng and Ngọc Ánh and the rest of the Lily’s Travel Team for such an incredible trip.

Our family tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with Lily's Travel Agency has been an exceptional experience. From the moment we started planning until our last day, they provided continuous support and the best service. Many activities in Vietnam are limitless.. The atmosphere is also wonderful for swimming, walking, enjoying drinking Vietnamese coffee, and visiting the rice fields in Sapa

TRUST IS MORE VALUABLE THAN GOLD! That’s their slogan and do they deliver. I wish there was a lily travel agency everywhere I go! I took my 14 year son on a 7 days adventurous wild ride through Southeast Asia that included stops in Saigon, Siem Reap, Hoi an, Ba Na Hills, Hanoi and Ha long Bay. In every step of the way pre trip, during and after the trip there was Emma and Mina. Making sure everything was coming together as planned. We had the time of our lives.

We booked a trip to Sapa and Ha Giang with Lily's travel agency and it was AMAZING! Mia made a wonderfull itinerary and Lucy took such good care of us. Defenitly worth it to book with these friendly and warm people.

On our free trip to Vietnam, we have booked excursions to the Mekong and Lan Ha Bay with Lily's Travel. Our experience has been magnificent, they are super attentive before and during the trip, so everything was clear to us. Mina has been great. We liked both the activities and the local guides a lot. There is a good quality price relation. con tu cámara. We recommend it!!

I booked a tour online with this company and in touch with Rosy &Tony. There were so helpful and friendly. I could always contact them by whats app and got really quick reply. Every time they would send me an up date and/or information about the tour. And i could just asked them everything also if it was not related the tour ️️. We had a wonderful time in Phong nha ke bang and the 2 day trekking I booked with Lily’s Travel was amazing. Thank you Rosy and Tony for taking care of me and my family

Lily's Travel planned an amazing 5 weeks for my girlfriend and I. We started off in Ho Chi Minh City and took an incredibly scenic route North. We did everything from explore caves, to a motorcycle tour, to a lantern making workshop.We had the most amazing time and our caretaker, Lucy, was always available to accommodate any request or change of plan.A truly spectacular experience

One of the memorable trips to the beautiful and most hospitable Vietnam trip during July'24.Without Lily's travel, our Vietnam trip wouldn't have been this designed so perfecly. It's an 8 night family trip. We took a lot of time to finalize with Lily' travel. But it was worth getting in touch with Lily's travel company. It's all strted with Mr.Tony whom I have contacted from Gulf, and he was so knowledgeable and understandable to craft a perfect itinerary for a family trip mainly including Vegetarian food.Once finalizing the Itinerary, Ms.Lucy took over our day to day trips with so much care and precise. She was on top of everything each day before we think. All the planned visits were got executed well.We thank Mr. Tony and Ms.Lucy for arranging and taking care of us, both before and during the travel.Also, special thanks to our one day Hannoi trip guide, Ms Hannah. She was so humble and experienced to take us through the Hanoi city and explain even small details.We started our Vietnam trip from Ho Chi Minh city and ended in Hanoi.As we had a night in cruise at Halong bay, Lily's travel recommended Hermes cruise and the staff and crew took care of us with so much.. This cruise is one of the best you will remember.Overall with our experience we recommend Lily's travel as a best tour organizer for each penny you spend its worth. You will thoroughly enjoy your vacation.

I would highly recommend lily’s travel agency if you are planning a holiday to vietnam. We were a group of 7 (age 12 to 78) and spent 8 wonderful days visiting various places in north Vietnam. The service and care provided by Mr Koi and Ms Mina including drivers and our tour Guides were top notch. Very pleased with attention from start of initial contact, customising the itinerary, selecting accommodation, pre-departure briefing, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was running smoothly up to our day of departure. Mr koi and Ms Mina also arranged a birthday surprise for my dad who celebrated his 78th birthday… my dad was delighted! I am so glad to have picked lily’s travel agent to help me organised this special trip. It was stress free because I know that Mr Koi and Ms Mina would be there for us.
