Sorry for the late post, me and my wife we had booked a trip with Lily’s Travel agency in dec 2023 It was my first international trip and I was also afraid about the agency and how it will come out to my expectations but we had an exceptional experience! From the initial consultation to the final drop off their team provided top-notch service and expert knowledge.Also we were following the Jain diet and that also they understood very well and we got the India like Jain food there in vietnam, the way they arranged the trip was fabulous .We have asked for a customized itinerary that is 5 Days covering north Vietnam which exceeded my expectations, and their recommendations were spot on.On landing vietnam they just created my whatsapp grp with the support team who are always available to answer any questions and also any food or travel arrangements were done flawlessly.I would highly recommend Lily’s Travel Agency to anyone seeking a well-planned, memorable, safe and hassle-free travel experience. My wife and I recently completed an 8-day trip to Vietnam, and we had the pleasure of booking through Lily’s Travel Agency. From start to finish, the experience was remarkable. They truly understood our requirements and tailored the itinerary to suit our budget and preferences.The connectivity throughout the trip was seamless, and the customer service was impeccable. We encountered a few challenges along the way, but Lily's team handled everything with great care and efficiency. For instance, I had an issue with shipping my bag from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, and they went above and beyond to help me locate it and even delivered it to my doorstep. Additionally, when my wife forgot her bag at a hotel, they ensured it was recovered and delivered to the airport in time.Language can be a barrier in Vietnam, but Lily’s Travel Agency made everything smooth and easy. Their cabs and buses were always on time, and the spots they chose for us to visit were simply amazing. I also needed assistance finding a doctor for back pain, and they quickly arranged that as well. Even when our flights were delayed, they were incredibly accommodating and rescheduled our plans without any hassle.A special shoutout to Mina and Larissa for their outstanding hard work and dedication. We contacted lillys travel and wanted to customize our trip. We mentioned all the places we wanted to visit. Sora was the first person who planned the whole trip very well after a video call meeting. We took all tours and accommodation through lillys travel agency. Everything was arranged within our budget. Also, the customer service agent Lucy was very helpful and ready to help us at anytime when ever we needed. She is truly one of the best we have met so far. She did explain everything to us before we even arrived vietnam through another video call meeting, and everything went accordingly. We took tours in north and central of vietnam and everyday was amazing.

Rosy & Emma from Lily’s travel made our visit to Hanoi, Sapa & Ha Long a memorable trip. We had a 6 days trip with Lily’S travel. It was a private tour for my family (8pax) and it was carefully planned to meet our request. I went to Sapa for 3 days with Lily's Travel, it was Doris who helped me plan this stay then Mina who was absolutely adorable and always there to answer my questions and ensure that my trip went well. So I did some trekking days, accompanied by my guide Zo, who was able to move at my pace. We were a small group, which allowed us to meet people. Zo showed us places rich in history and taught us a lot of things. I love being in contact with nature and animals, and there were some everywhere! We obviously met Mama Mao, with whom we stayed.It was a great experience, I really loved all the landscapes, the stories and the people I met.Lisa

We booked 10 nights 11 days tour from lily’s travel. It was our first International trip as a couple and I booker the tour totally after seeing the reviews on trip advisor. They have guided and answered each and every questions so politely and in detail. Ms. Alice and Ms. Lucy were constantly in touch and keep updating each and every day’s itinerary. Every day’s tour was shared in advance with drivers details and without any hassle we could freely enjoyed the trip because of well planned and executed itinerary. I am glad that I trusted online reviews and go by this tour agency. I think it is no brainer one should definitely book their tour with this agency, they are not only reasonable but also make sure that their guests enjoy the trip even if you go in group, solo or as a couple. Special thanks to Ms. Alice and Ms. lucy for putting so much efforts and let us feel like a family. They are very hardworking and helpful throughout the trip from the day I booked the tour.

We travelled on our own, Lilys Travel organized our accommodation, day tours and internal flights. We initially dealt with Emma who set out the tour then Mina took over. Both girls were very knowledgeable, professional, fun and easy to get along with and would certainly highly recommend Lilys Travel, Emma and Mina for their incredible organization. It was special we had the opportunity to meet them.

We booked our personalised trip with the assistance of Emma. We emailed and chatted via WhatsApp until our trip was finalised. We had 24/7 customer service with our Whats App Lilys Travel group chat. This is where we met our customer service support person Lucy. No question was a trouble and we chatted many times with video calls as well. We met in the Hanoi office on the day of arrival. Every detail was attended to from airport to hotel, tours, transfers, transport and accommodation. There were a few minor issues with accommodation and transport during our trip as we did book 6 months in advance, however these were with the accommodation and transport services not with LilysTravel. A call to Lucy and or the 24/7 customet assistance made sure the issue was promptly sorted, so no drama. We had a private trek for 2 days in Sapa, with our favourite guide May. May was absolutely fantastic and could not have been more informative, friendly or accommodating. Hanoi was our favourite accommodation base. We walked many klm around Hanoi. Lake Kiem District, Train Street, Temple of Literature, The Citadel, Street food tour, and so much more.The easy rider bike bike tour with Mr Hung Tourism was a highlight we did 2 nights 3 days. Halong Bay was a relaxing period of our experience. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of environmental rubbish mostly due to humans that makes it less attractive and a lot of boats in a small area. A little like a cruise boat carpark on water. We loved our experience in North Vietnam. The people were friendly and do like it when you learn even a little Vietnamese no matter how bad your attempt. A smile and gestures of thank you cross all language barriers. Thank you to Emma, Lucy, and May for making this trip wonderful. You are all very helpful and professional.
