We didnt want to do a group tour, so i gave Lilys travel the list of places and activities we wanted to do/visit, and they made it happen, cheaper than i could put it together myself.From airport transfers, accommodation, rail tickets, day tours and even some meals, everything ran like clockwork.The accommodation choices they gave us were amazing- great locations and so luxuriousCjay, Emma and the team have been impeccable when it comes to bookings, options and communication- they have been forwarding messages for every step of the way, and even came into our hotel to introduce themselves.Seeing their office for the first time reassured me that we were dealing with a reputable company- their head office is huge, and even has an entire floor with beds and showers for travellers like us that had a few hours layover in between transport or activities so we could freshen up or take a restEvery day tour they recommended, really delivered! The places and itineries were great and the guides were amazing - Shout out to tyson from the Hanoi jeep tours , Sue our amazing guide for our two days in Sapa, and Minh who took us to Ninh BinhIf you want a guided tour- Lilys travel can do that too, but we wouldnt change a thing about the private tour they helped put together for us, and if/when we return one day, we will definitely be using these guys againThanks heaps Lilys travel!!!

We booked our Ha Long Bay overnight cruise and Ninh Binh day trip through Lily’s Travel, including round-trip transport from our hotel in the Old Quarter, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.From the very beginning, everything was organized professionally. I went on a day trip to Ninh Binh on 20 February 2026, organised by Lily's Travel Agency. My first contact with the company was with Ngan (Amy) who was very friendly and helpful. She put me in contact with Minh who arranged this trip for me at short notice. Mina then dealt with the administration of the trip by providing clear instructions of what to expect from the trip. I really enjoyed this day trip. There was a variety of activities throughout the day with a lovely buffet lunch included. Thank you team for making this day trip possible for me.

Lovely experience from the word go!Po - one of the kindest sweetest wonderful person I dealt with for help on itinerary, evisas, local flights etc etc. Loved every conversation with him. Great chap, give him a good raise he will take you places (Note for Lilys) Lucy - lovely lady who was very proactive with her work, helped us great deal in our airport transfers, Sims, local travels everywhere in Vietnam. Lily Travels for their wonderful work culture that they have nurtured among these young minds. Just fabulous guys, you have given me great memories in Vietnam. People of vietnam are so respectful and gratitude. Im leaving part of me back in Vietnam.
