I’ve been traveling for three months organizing everything by myself. This was my first time booking something through an agency and therefore I was worried that my three days in Sa Pa and three days in Ha Giang was gonna be a tourist trap.. It was quite the opposite! The tours at Lily’s Travels are very high quality. The groups are small, everything is well organized and authentic and the crew at Lily’s are with you via WhatsApp every step of the way.A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Mina and Doris for being the most lovely person and a rock star organizer! I felt so well taken care of all the time and she responded super fast if I had any questions about anything.The trekking in Sa Pa was proper trekking from morning to late afternoon everyday which was exactly what I wanted. The Ha Giang Loop was with a group of about 12 people divided into two groups during daytime, meeting up in the home stays during nighttime. Perfect for a more authentic and free feeling when riding on the bikes instead of being like 20 people having to wait for each other all the time..All in all it was very well spent money and I’m so happy I booked it!

We had a great time. We had 100 percent support from Vani and Mina and lily’s travel group from start to finish. We were very with the service you provided. We are looking forward to going back to Vietnam do see more.

We went to Lilly travel to plan our 2 week family holiday from the Uk. We wanted an authentic experience from a company that had inside knowledge ! Lily travel were awesome!!!! We recently did a trip to Vietnam. We chose Lily’s Travel upon the recommendation of one of the group’s traveller’s cousin. We started preparing for the trip over 9 months prior to departure. At first, we started working with Vani only to be joined by Mina. I’ll let you in on a little secret: they were amazingly efficient. Shortly before leaving BC, we started doing Zoom calls with them as they explained certain things in person, rather than on paper. During the trip, we received daily texts from them, assuring that everything went well. They ironed out a couple of issues for us, including my wife’s sudden departure back to Montreal because of a family emergency. Vani and Mina arranged to have a taxi pick up my wife from Ha Long Bay to take her to Hanoi to fly out the same day. We called one of the two ladies at 7:30 AM in Hanoi to arrange for the taxi to pick up my wife at 6:30 PM in Ha Long Bay as that was the day for our tour. Once we arrived back on shore, the taxi driver was waiting for her to whisk her back to Hanoi, a 3 hour ride. I highly recommend Lily’s Travel as they are the experts and they care about offering premium service. If you’re lucky to work with either Vani or Mina, the emoji expert, it’ll be a bonus.

Brilliant Service from Lily's from start to finish! We booked online and via WhatsApp for a tour from Saigon to Hanoi, including excursions to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh, Hanoi Food tour, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills, Cu Chi Tunnels, and Mekong Delta. Tracy did a brilliant job of arranging the itinerary and explaining the arrangements, hotel options etc. and best date choices give Tet festival...she always replying quickly to our questions on WhatsApp. Before the tour Lucy gave us a walk thru' call with advice and answered all our questions. Once we arrived Lucy checked on us everyday and she or others were available 24/7 to help us if needed. The holiday was brilliant and when we had a minor hotel problem, Lucy solved straightaway. Totally trustworthy company and Lily's should be proud, and are lucky, to employ such great people with 110% customer care. We know there are many others there too..we met Annie a couple of times and she was so helpful and welcoming, as was Rosie. They all made a 30th wedding anniversary so memorable and we don't hesitate recognising them... Well done Lily's ️
