Lily's travel saved me so much time from trip planning Lily's travel made the planning of my Hanoi trip very easy. They worked with all tour providers and arravged all the dropoff and pickups. I did 2 day trips to ha long Bay and Ninh Binh as well as 2 night trip to Sapa.I worked with an agent over Whatsapp initially and then when I finally arrived in Hanoi, I went to their office and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cjay was assigned to me as 24x7 contact and I kid you not he really was available almost every time despite the time difference.
