My friend and I spent 3 nights in Sa Pa and 2 nights in Hanoi. We booked private guide from Lily’s Travel. We are very satisfied with their itinerary and coordination. Mina and Koi both followed up before and during the trip very clearly and efficiently. We are both truly appreciative of their commitment.When in Hanoi, the private limousine bus driver dropped us off further away from the designated place, Mina immediately came to look for us and reported the matter to the other company.Also in Sa Pa we requested to depart one hour earlier to Hanoi, again Mina acceded to it and got us an earlier bus ride.Thank you

The Vietnamese people are incredibly warm and supportive, and I was deeply touched by their culture. I started off my trip by meeting with Tony and giving him my trip details to build the perfect itinerary. He made everything seamless despite my friends and I having different arrivals and departures. The team we met with in Hanoi were incredibly wholesome and ready to take care of questions, concerns and any other arrangements as needed. We spent 7 days going from Sa Pa to Ha Long Bay and everything was perfect. Many activities in Vietnam are limitless.. The atmosphere is also wonderful for swimming, walking, enjoying drinking Vietnamese coffee, and visiting the rice fields in Sapa

I would highly recommend lily’s travel agency if you are planning a holiday to vietnam. We were a group of 7 (age 12 to 78) and spent 8 wonderful days visiting various places in north Vietnam. The service and care provided by Mr Koi and Ms Mina including drivers and our tour Guides were top notch. Very pleased with attention from start of initial contact, customising the itinerary, selecting accommodation, pre-departure briefing, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was running smoothly up to our day of departure. Mr koi and Ms Mina also arranged a birthday surprise for my dad who celebrated his 78th birthday… my dad was delighted!
