Rosy & Emma from Lily’s travel made our visit to Hanoi, Sapa & Ha Long a memorable trip. We had a 6 days trip with Lily’S travel. It was a private tour for my family (8pax) and it was carefully planned to meet our request. I went to Sapa for 3 days with Lily's Travel, it was Doris who helped me plan this stay then Mina who was absolutely adorable and always there to answer my questions and ensure that my trip went well. So I did some trekking days, accompanied by my guide Zo, who was able to move at my pace. We were a small group, which allowed us to meet people. Zo showed us places rich in history and taught us a lot of things. I love being in contact with nature and animals, and there were some everywhere! We obviously met Mama Mao, with whom we stayed.It was a great experience, I really loved all the landscapes, the stories and the people I met.Lisa

Our family decided to visit Vietnam this year after having an amazing trip to Thailand a few years back. We instantly fell in love with South East Asia and were determined to go back and continue exploring. In Thailand we planned our itinerary but this trip after a little searching wanted to maximize our time and decided to use a travel agency to helpnwoth our itinerary. In true Google fashion after doing a little searching a random add popped up on our Facebook account for Lilly's Travel Agency, which is based out of HaNoi, Vietnam. They were offering some incredible deals, so after vetting them by reading others reviews we jumped in and booked a 14 day tour with them. This turned out to be the best decision we could possibly make! The itinerary that they planned was absolutely epic for our family of four. This included my wife, myself and our two children, ages 10 and 12. Each day was action packed, starting in Ho Chi Minh and working our way north to Ha Noi. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. Prior to arriving we used WhatsApp to start a thread with one of their agents, Mina, who was assigned to our family. I can honestly say that Mina went above and beyond to keep us in the loop EVERY SINGLE DAY, and to ensure we were taken care of of. Seriously by the end of the trip I felt like Mina become a great friend because she genuinely cared about how we were all doing. Every day she explained our itinerary with all the details. Every day we received the sweetest messages from her to see how we were doing. There was a couple instances where we also asked for some last minute changes to our itinerary and she graciously helped us out! I cannot say enough about Mina and the support from their entire team. We had the opportunity to visit their location in Ha Noi and meet Mina in person and it was like meeting a long lost friend. I can't say enough about Lilly's Travel and Mina. Highly recommend them on your trip to Vietnam!

Our tour was great. We saw so many fantastic places during our tour of Vietnam.Everything went like a Swiss clock.Hotels,excursions,domestic flights,buses,and pick-up were wonderful and drivers so punctual. Sam was always available on whatsapp to offer assistance and to respond to our questions. You can book with them without any worried.Thank you for everything.

Could say I was really very satisfied with all support during travelling on different locations in Vietnam. Also my strange wishes have been realized without any troubles or uncertainty. For sure Grace do great job when booked all transfers so quickly and efficiently. And Sam was always available to support and answering on questions So I decide to choose Lily's travel agency also on my next visits in Vietnam! ️
