Sapa

We went on a 11 days tour to Hanoi, Vietnam in June 2025. Thanks to Mina and Olivia from Lily’s Travel for arranging our 3d4n trip to Sapa and a day trip Halong Bay, both enjoyable and fulfilling. They were prompt to our queries including weekends, and provided general travel tips and food suggestions.

I chose Lily’s Travel Agency based on excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I had the main travel plan in my mind and Sunny from Lily’s Travel helped me to develop it into more details and set the right timeframe. She was a great help from the very beginning, coming with ideas what to see, where to spend more time, what to skip, etc. It took us several weeks to come up with the final travel plan and it was definetly worth it! We were 2 families, 4 adults and 3 teen kids, arrived to Hanoi on June 24th and stayed until July 12th leaving from Ho Chi Minh City, we spent 19 days in Vietnam in total. After our arrival we were taken care by Lucy from Lily’s Travel, she did amazing job from the very beginning, helping us to get the lost lugage of my daugher. After the 1st day of program, which was Hanoi full day city tour, the lost bag was delivered to Lily’s Travel office in Hanoi and my daugher was really happy. Then we moved by train to Sapa, where we spent 3 days. The weather wasn’t ideal, but the nature and the guide ZoZo from Hmong minority group made our stay one of the best parts of the whole trip. The views of the mountains and the ricefields were breathtaking. I was in touch with Lucy via Whatsapp all the time, receiving details about our train tickets, airtickets, drivers, guides, etc. After Sapa we headed back to Hanoi by sleeping bus. The bus itself was a great experience even for me, I already visited more than 70 countries, but haven’t seen such bus anywhere else. It’s really comfy, new and very clean. It took us about 6 hours to get back to Hanoi, much faster than train. Then we continued to Ninh Binh area, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. We met many guides, used different types of transportation, had even 2 internal flights. We were watched by Lucy on daily basis, she was answering all question very promptly. The overall experience was great. If you want to discover Vietnam, I can recommend Lily’s Travel Agency at 100% without any hesitation.

I booked a 10-day package with Lily’s Travel for my parents and family, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything was well-organized and well-guided, with 5-star hotels, delicious food, and perfectly timed pick-ups. 5 star is not enough for the services they gave us by lillys travel agency and special thanks to doris and mai are totally helpful for us like they treated us as there family members and every day they were traking us and keep on taking the updatesThe itinerary covered amazing destinations like Sapa, Ninh Binh, Fansipan, Hanoi, and Da Nang, and every place was thoughtfully included without feeling rushed. Transportation was smooth, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly.A special thanks to Mai and Doris for their outstanding support throughout the trip — always available, friendly, and making sure everything ran perfectly. We had Indian food arranged everywhere as we requested, which was a big comfort for my parents and made us feel completely at home.Overall, this trip with my family was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend Lily’s Travel to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Highly recommend. Yess! From our hotels to food arrangements to transportation to the whole trip services (special mention to Ms.Lucy) - 100/10 .The hotels in hanoi as well as sapa wer good and also at the centre of the city…making it super accessible to any local life exploration… be it shopping or food. They also helped/ suggested us with some alternations in itinerary based on our interests and always availble via whatsapp for support️. Be it the guide in halong bay and sapa (Ms. Sung ️, she is really a sweatheart sharing locals real life expereinces to detail and enjoying the trip being one of us) they were really good.From providing sim cards on arrival, helping with refreshing even when we had checked out from our hotel before the bus to sapa… constantly checking with us throughout the trip if we are okay…. Just shows how nuanced yur services are and thankyouu! Special thanks for our chestnut cake gift pack.Just that our guide in ninh binh was little rude but thats the only small dip in the whole trip…but overall…. Thanks for making our first trip to vietnam amazing!!
