We took 11 days Vietnam tour from Lily Travels. It was a family vacation. We covered Sapa, Hanoi, Da Nang & Ho Chi Minh. We are very happy with the service and arrangements done by the company. We would specially love to mention about Tony who was communicating with us while we were in the enquiry phase and were going to and fro about the itinerary. He was patient enough to explain & clarify our queries. After the finalization of the tour, it was Mina who was the representative from Lily Travels. She took care of each and every detail starting from the day we started from India. She was very prompt in updating about the next day details like pickup time, car driver details, what places we will visit, return time etc. She was prompt to reply to our queries & she also suggested us couple of things to do in Hanoi in our free day there. When we visited the office in Hanoi, the entire staff was very hospitable. We are pure vegetarians & have a kid with us. So food was a major concern. That was also taken care of in all the meals that were included in the itinerary. The hotels that were booked were very good and the location was apt, walking distance from the city market and other restaurants.Our trip did not have any kind of hiccups, thanks to the team of Lily Travels. It was a memorable vacation. We would highly recommend Lily Travels.

Our trip through Vietnam was absolutely unforgettable thanks to Mina and the incredible team at Lilly Travel. From the very first stages of planning while we were still in Australia, to every transfer, tour, train, flight and activity once we arrived, every single detail was perfectly organised and taken care of. The service was exceptional from start to finish and whenever we needed help or had questions, Mina and the team were always available straight away. Nothing was ever too much trouble.Every tour we went on was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The Ha Giang Loop by jeep was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had — breathtaking scenery, fantastic organisation and so much fun. A huge thank you to Cuong, our amazing jeep driver, and Cham for making the trip so memorable. We also loved the Hanoi Jeep Tour, Ninh Binh, the beautiful Lan Ha Bay cruise, Rose Kitchen cooking class, the overnight train to Sapa, and our tours through Lao Chai, Ta Van Village and Ta Phin. The herbal bath experience was incredible and Fansipan Mountain was unforgettable.Lilly Travel also organised our flights to Da Nang along with amazing tours including Ba Na Hills, the coconut boat ride and the magical lantern boat experience in Hoi An. In Ho Chi Minh City, the food tour, Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta tour were all fantastic. Every guide throughout the trip was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.A very special thank you to Khu in Sapa who was simply the best tour guide — so caring, kind and informative. We felt completely looked after the entire time. Thank you also to Chilli in Da Nang for such a great time and wonderful memories.I honestly cannot recommend Mina and the Lilly Travel team highly enough. Exceptional Tours with Venus Travel & Our Wonderful Guide AnnaOur family had an excellent experience with Venus Travel during our 7 days in Da Nang and Hoi An. We joined two tours: the Marble Mountain, Am Phu Cave & Monkey Mountain Tour, and the Hoi An Ancient City Tour featuring the coconut basket boat ride, cultural show, and wishing lantern experience. We had an amazing experience on our Ninh Binh day tour from Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Dani.From the moment the tour started, Dani was friendly, professional, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture, and local traditions of Vietnam.
