I was served by Tracy and Cassie and they are superb. They have been very patient giving me all the options especially there are so many cruise choices for Halong Bay. We finally decided to go with Sena Cruise and I would say it is a great recommendation. We truly enjoyed our cruise experience.The service does not stop after the trip ended. Annie and Emma helped me organizing 3 weeks of traveling across Vietnam including arranging transportation and tours and making hotel recommendations. Lily’s Travel was the best decision we made when it came to planning our 5 day trip to Vietnam! We weren’t sure if we’d be able to cover everything we wanted to do in 5 days, but with Mina and Tony’s help we were able to customize our exact itinerary and amazingly enough we were able to do so much! From friendly transportation, 5 star hotel choices, the street food tour and Train Street, to hiking the Mua Caves, riding our bikes through Ninh Binh, to taking a Ha Long Bay overnight cruise, it was all just amazing! Alongside Mina and Tony we also got to meet Cassie, Annie and Miao Ying at the office and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! We will definitely use Lily’s Travel again when we return to Vietnam. Thank you for everything! This company is the real deal!
