Ha Noi

I booked 9 days tour package with Lily’s Travel and my experience was really good. I was contacted by Emma and May who did all the planning for me and made sure that I just enjoy my time in Vietnam. May helped me to find good restaurants and shopping places in Hanoi and either Emma or May replied my queries immediately. I explored Hanoi city by myself and day tour was arranged for Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta by May and Emma. Emma even helped me to book flights from Hanoi to Da Nang and Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. I would recommend Lily’s travel agency and would like to thank May, Emma and their team to make my trip so memorable.

Huge thanks to Miaoying and Chun Chun for pulling off our amazing Vietnam trip, especially the Ninh Binh part! Everything is at our own pace. As for the arranged meals, overall, they're nice! Just that, since we have many females, the guys have to overeat to prevent food wastage.Big shoutout to our awesome tour guide, Mindy 秋水, who not only kept us entertained but also dished out all the deets on Vietnam – history, culture, fun facts, you name it. Bonus points for her amazing photography skills! And hey, she's not just a pro at guiding but also fluent in Chinese. Too bad she couldn't join us for a meal, possibly due to the company rules we guess. Still, big love to the whole crew for making it an epic adventure.

The travel agents(angels) always understanding my travel plans, patiently listening to my question, being empathetic and caring all the time.Emma :) did excellent job in putting together my travel itinerary with places and days chosen. The plan worked well to make the most of the time with small party experience in Ha long bay(cozy bay cruise with Tim Tam guide) ,great village experience in Sapa (Mua family's home stay and trekking, their family giving company as a solo traveller during evenings and they do not expected tips or try to sell souvenirs their family makes which I really admired).Lucy :) constantly guiding during my journey, giving the information in timely manner. She is understanding ,caring, provided support by contacting their team to communicate my needs to the driver so I catch the bus to Sapa in the tight plan returning from Ha Long bay.

Lily’s Travel is the best choice if you ever visit Vietnam. Emma & Mina were always by our side before, during and after our visit to Vietnam to make our vacations relaxed, fully organised and super friendly. It is the best girls and travel agent I ever had in my trips and hope to see them again in the future. We really love this tour company, and we’ve used them several times already when visiting Vietnam. Our trips to Vietnam were just amazing and they were very organized from Airport Pick up to hotel transport and to the private guides and tours that we took. Communication is just top notch as they’re available almost 24 hours. Ms. Vani(Vietnam),Ms. Lucy Doo(Vietnam), and Ms. Ravi(Cambodia) were our travel coordinators and all of them were amazing. The hotels that we were booked in and the food recommendations they gave us during our trip were just excellent! We even used them for our trip to Cambodia in 2023 and no complaints but just all praises. I will surely book again with them in my future Travels.
