The agency's collaboration with excellent guides and homestays in Sapa truly made our stay unforgettable.

I was served by Tracy and Cassie and they are superb. They have been very patient giving me all the options especially there are so many cruise choices for Halong Bay. We finally decided to go with Sena Cruise and I would say it is a great recommendation. We truly enjoyed our cruise experience.The service does not stop after the trip ended. We had some misadventure in Hanoi and I have to contact someone for advice. Annie and Emma helped me organizing 3 weeks of traveling across Vietnam including arranging transportation and tours and making hotel recommendations.
