Lily’s Travel was the best decision we made when it came to planning our 5 day trip to Vietnam! We weren’t sure if we’d be able to cover everything we wanted to do in 5 days, but with Mina and Tony’s help we were able to customize our exact itinerary and amazingly enough we were able to do so much! From friendly transportation, 5 star hotel choices, the street food tour and Train Street, to hiking the Mua Caves, riding our bikes through Ninh Binh, to taking a Ha Long Bay overnight cruise, it was all just amazing! Alongside Mina and Tony we also got to meet Cassie, Annie and Miao Ying at the office and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! We will definitely use Lily’s Travel again when we return to Vietnam. Thank you for everything! This company is the real deal!

Lily’s Travels made all arrangements for our group’s visit to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Trang An. The communication was superb. Sophia and Nina were both very responsive and available at all times of the day to answer our questions and constantly changing requests! There were 12 of us in the group and other than one mixup - which was corrected quickly - everything went smoothly. Definitely recommended.

Once the plan was finalized and confirmed, the execution was taken up by cute little ever smiling IRIS from Lily travel. She was tracking every move and was available almost 24x7 for any help that we may need. There have been situations where some intervention was required, and Lily was quick in addressing the same to our satisfaction.One more mention. The guide at HCM, Choung was very smart, quite knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. Despite flight delays, he ensured no portion of visit was compromised.Emma and IRIS treated us with such a love and care, we felt like extended family member.Lily, you have a wonderful team. We had an amazingly great family vacation at Vietnam for 10 day booked through Lily’s Travel. Emma had made a super north to south plan and most of the famous spots and activities were covered. The customer support during the trip is really good. Iris from Lily’s travel really made our Vietnam trip so easy and helped for every small issue we faced. The English speaking guides at Hanoi and Phu Quoc were great. The Marble Mountain trip was not that great and lady guide was in rush too. The Cu Chi Tunnels guide was good and helped us understand the historical importance and was accommodating too. Cruise experience at Halong Bay is unforgettable. One must try! Cable car ride of 4 islands at Phu Quoc is one of best and also the Vin Wonder experience.Probably we could have spend more time at Ho Chi Minh to explore locals markets and culture.All over the experience was great and we would highly recommend Lily’s travel for activities and touring in Vietnam.
