Lily travels’ Rosy and Mia were so professional from start to finish. And beyond. We started with a custom 10 day tour. Then suggested my brother in law and sister in law use them and they loved them. And then Rosy and Mia helped my daughter and her friend who was sick and helped them get out of a small town Ninh Binh in to Hanoi and into a hospital!!!! All by text. And this was AFTER WE LEFT VIETNAM!!!

Wonderful experience with Lily travels Hanoi . Team is totally professional and fantastic hospitality.
