One of the most professionally managed tour company. I choose them based on their ratings and must say they faired above expectactions. We were 2 families travelling from different locations into Hanoi and opted for a private tour. They gave some suggestions and we added/deleted some and turned out to be great. Sunny and Rosy were assisting in all our requirements and flawlessly managed all. On day 1 we had a minor issue with the guide and reported to them; they promptly accepted the issue and sorted it out totally. Vietnam is a nice place and with nice people. The hotels offered were 4 stars but seems the 4 in vietnam might be equivalent to 3 elsewhere in the world . But still the hotels we were given were great. The staff of these hotels Were also great.

was travelling to Vietnam on last week of April. We started our journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, the Capital of Vietnam. Lily's travel were always in Touch with us regarding the Day tour, timings and its Departure. They were also helpful in pick and drop from Hotels as well. I would like to thank Lucy our point of contact. On one day, Our flight was preponed due to operational reasons to previous day. She helped with communication and Accommodation booking at the last moment. She is also helpful in suggesting local sightseeing places and Indian Restaurants. The hotels were very good and transportation too!
