What a well organised trip everything was done very professionally from the pre planning to paying and then the almost 3 weeks of enjoying Vietnam. Most of our dealing was with Desmond who was always contactable by using WhatsApp. Every day we would get details for next day with pick up times and location. It was so easy to enjoy Vietnam using Lily's Travel Agency, we highly recommend them a great variety of single or multi day trips or longer trips.

We did a full 12 days tour from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi.The booking was done smoothly and quickly.Pickup service were on time.The Tour Guides were well versed in English and explained the historical sites properly.The Hotels were mostly good, we had few issues which were quickly resolved at the hotel's front desk itself.
