Then found Lily’s travel and I got the WhatsApp number of Mr. Koi from a video on youtube. Started communicating with him and got the best quote from him for our 8 days Vietnam tour. By paying only some percentage of the total amount we got all the hotel, cruise and car bookings confirmed just in two days.Koi is one of the most sincere people I have ever met in my life. He never stepped back from our questions and queries. He knows the importance of a tourist to his country Vietnam. I salute to his professionalism and the way he customised the tour as per our desire.The best part was a day before our trip, we got an online meeting with Ms. May from Lily’s Travel regarding the Itinerary and she elaborated each and every point. She was very humble and very professional. Along with Koi, She also played a vital role in our trip.When we reached Vietnam, then also I had a doubt on the service that they confirmed but the service was really really awesome which was out of our imagination.Here comes Ms. Mina, the most interesting person of Lily’s Travel agency. She was soooo welcoming and really knows how to handle guests at their office. I am sure that if you visit their office, you’ll love the way she talks with a smiling face. I think she’s one of the people who knows how to represent their country and their culture in front of the people from other countries. She taught me some Vietnamese and I was her good student .Last but not the least, Ms. Lusi…..She also greeted us as soon as she saw us at the entrance of their office. She was so calm and friendly with us and arranged for our seating at the office. Hey….she gave us welcome gifts also ha. You’ll also get and that’s a surprise.Finally with their support, we travelled to Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An and had covered all the tourist points in those places.Tour guides Ms. Jin, Mr.Lung and Mr. Hero are sooo knowledgeable and friendly with us. They didn’t let us feel bored at any moment.Within our budget, We got best hotels, vehicles in all the places we traveled and along with that one of the best cruises “ Aqua of the Seas” where we got a suite room with balcony.All the people are very punctual and we got the ON TIME SERVICE by the entire team.Cảm ơnTeam .Thanks again for the awesome support and hospitality.Thanks for making our trip a memorable one. One of the most professionally managed tour company. I choose them based on their ratings and must say they faired above expectactions. We were 2 families travelling from different locations into Hanoi and opted for a private tour. They gave some suggestions and we added/deleted some and turned out to be great. Sunny and Rosy were assisting in all our requirements and flawlessly managed all. On day 1 we had a minor issue with the guide and reported to them; they promptly accepted the issue and sorted it out totally. Vietnam is a nice place and with nice people. The hotels offered were 4 stars but seems the 4 in vietnam might be equivalent to 3 elsewhere in the world . But still the hotels we were given were great. The staff of these hotels Were also great.

was travelling to Vietnam on last week of April. We started our journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, the Capital of Vietnam. Lily's travel were always in Touch with us regarding the Day tour, timings and its Departure. They were also helpful in pick and drop from Hotels as well. I would like to thank Lucy our point of contact. On one day, Our flight was preponed due to operational reasons to previous day. She helped with communication and Accommodation booking at the last moment. She is also helpful in suggesting local sightseeing places and Indian Restaurants.
