You will arrive Ha Noi city. When you finish clearance procedure, please go out to pillar B.10, our driver will wait there for you with your name on sign. 

You will be warmly welcomed by driver. Then our car will lead you from the airport to your hotel. 

Free time for leisure to enjoy the Old Quarter to enjoy the bustling local life. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers.

It’s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities all around you.

• Morning Class: 9:00 to 13:30
• Afternoon Class: 15:00 to 19:00

In the heart of Hanoi, a culinary journey awaits at the Hanoi Cooking Class. Amidst the aromatic spices and bustling market stalls, participants learn the art of Vietnamese cuisine from skilled chefs. From Pho to Spring Rolls, each dish tells a story, weaving together flavors and traditions. With laughter in the air and hands-on experience, it’s more than just a cooking class; it’s a celebration of Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage.

For Hanoi Cooking Class, we have carefully selected and provided 2 options:

• OPTION 1: Vietnamese Street Food Class
• OPTION 2: 4 Signature Dishes to Make a Hanoian Feast

Although both are cooking classes, the above two options are provided by two different teams and have very different characteristics.

7h10 – 7:25: Get picked up by our friendly guide then depart for Ninh Binh province.

09h15: Have a short break for 15 – 20 minutes to relax  . 

10h30: Visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasty.

11h45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with many local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice…Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch.  

13h00: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5-hour bamboo boat. You will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky, and a stunning cave system during the boat trip. All make a masterpiece that the Vietnamese people called “Ha Long Bay on land”.

14h30: Continue the tour for 45 mins – cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people.

15h30: Get back to the Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.

16h30: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi.

19h30: Get dropped off at Hotel in Hanoi.

8: 30 – 8: 45 Pick up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then transfer to Tuan Chau wharf on the new highway 

10: 30 – 11: 00 Stopover for refreshment at Pearl store, pearl breeding place about 20 minutes. 

11: 30 – 12: 00 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbour. 

12: 30 – 13: 00 Transfer to Cruises. Check in your cabin. 

13: 30 Enjoy a nice buffet lunch at our restaurant while the cruise goes ahead to Halong Bay. 

15: 00 – 16: 45 Continue to explore Halong by visiting Pearl Farm village. Here, you can witness the process of making pearl, buy products from pure pearl, participate in kayaking, a must-try sport activity in Halong. After that, visit Titov Island. Here, you will have time to climb up to the peak of Titov Island, admire the beautiful panorama view of Halong Bay or swim, take pictures, play on the sea. 

18: 00 Enjoy Sun Set party with fruits and snacks on Sky Bar. Option: Happy Hour (Buy 2 get 1 free). Massage service is available. 

18: 30 Join cooking demonstration: How to make Vietnamese spring rolls – traditional Vietnamese food. 

19: 30 Enjoy European set-menu dinner on the restaurant on-board. 

21: 00 Join the Squid Fishing activity. Free time on the boat.

6: 30 Practice Tai Chi class. Tea and coffee are served. 

6: 45 – 7: 30 Light breakfast is served. 

7: 30 Visit Sung Sot cave. 

09: 30 Check – out time on the board. 

09: 45 – 10: 30 Enjoy buffet brunch while the cruise transfer to the Tuan Chau Wharf. 

10: 45 – 11: 00 Disembark to Tuan Chau Wharf.

12: 00 – 15: 00 Return to Ha Noi. Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

7:00 – 8:00 : Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter in our comfortable van/bus

10:00 : Short break

11:30-12:30 : Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley/arrive in Mai Chau

12:30 : Traditional lunch in our home(vegetarian available)

14:30: Bicycle ride with your tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving

scarves and visit surrounding peaceful villages.

17:00: Free time for cycling, walking, shopping

19:00 : Enjoy the dinner, you will have a chance to Enjoy traditional dishes prepared in the style of the native Thai  and watch the Thai’s traditional dance show and drink traditional wine “ruou can”.

7:30-8:30 – Breakfast time

8:30-10:30 – Drive 35km to Pu Luong Nature Reserve, we will stop on the way to see chopsticks factories and take photos sometimes.

10:30 – 12:30 – Arrive to Pu Luong Nature reserve, we will take a short break for 10 minutes before start to do trekking and explore a beautiful scenery of the mountains and stunning rice terraces

12:30 – 15:30 – Enjoy Lunch in the village and take a rest before we restart trekking then drive back to Mai Chau.

15:30 – Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.

19:30 – 20:00 Drop off at the guest’s hotel.

Breakfast is served at hotel.

Our driver will come to your hotel before your flight 3 hours, then he will take you to the airport. 

Fly back.
