NINH BINH TRANG AN ITINERARY
Morning: Start your trip early with a hotel pick up in Hanoi’s Old Quarter to make the 100km journey to Ninh Binh. On the way, relax and enjoy the beauty of the rural Vietnamese countryside.
Your first stop of the day is the Bai Dinh Pagoda. This incredible temple complex is the largest in Vietnam and has more than 500 Buddhist statues and relics. Here, your tour guide will give you an introduction to the beliefs and religions of Vietnam.
Lunch: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant with some traditional Ninh Binh specialities. Goat is the local delicacy here, accompanied by deep fried rice!
Afternoon: After your hearty lunch, head to Trang An for your Ninh Binh boat tour. Travel along the Trang An waterways in a traditional Sampan boat, floating through breathtaking tunnel caves. One underwater tunnel is almost kilometre long!
Finally, hop on a bicycle to cycle through the stunning scenery of Ninh Ninh before taking the bus back to Hanoi for the evening.
