Itinerary

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – SUPPRISING CAVE – TITOP ISLAND (L/ D)

8h10-8h30: Tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Have a short break on half way for 20 minutes to relax and happy room.

12h00: Arrive to Tuan Chau Harbor.

12h30: Welcome on board Enjoy welcome to drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check- in your cabin.

13h00: Enjoy your lunch with Vietnamese traditional dishes, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

14h30: Visiting Sung Sot Cave (Surprising cave).

15h30: Our cruise will take you to the Titop Island it is noted for having a viewpoint at its peak which affords splendid views all around Halong Bay and enjoy your swimming on the beach.

17h00: Come back Cruise then take a shower, Relax on sundeck, sunset watching in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail or reading a book in the most magical moment.

19h00: Dinner is ready serve in the restaurant in middle of romantic Bay

After dinner: Join activities : fishing, karaoke singing, drinking , or Relax on sundeck

DAY 2: LUON CAVE KAYAKING -CAT BA NATIONAL PARK - TRUNG TRANG CAVE (B/ L, D)

6h00: Wake up in the early morning enjoy great moument in fresh air

7h00: Have Breakfast in restaurant

8h00: Boat cruising to Luon Cave is located on Bo Hon Island, about 14km to the south of Bai Chay Tourist Wharf and 1 km away from Surprise Cave. Luon Cave has the shape of an arc with 60 meters in length and 2.5 – 4 in height depending on the tide. Because of the limited height, the only way to visit Luon Cave is by a small boat or a kayak.

10h00: Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.

1100: Enjoy the lunch while Cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour.

12h00: Arrive harbor ,say goodbye honest crew on board.

12:30: Transfer to Speed boat to Gia Luan harbor (Cat Ba Island) then get on car to the hotel 30km away

14h:00: Our local tour guide will take you to visit Cat Ba National Park by motorbike/car depend how big group which is a tourist attraction to millions of domestic and oversea visitors. Its chance to take nice photo on top view of Ngu Lam Peak

16:00: Keep moving to visit Trung Trang cave which has an ecosystem in mysterious darkness, home to many species of creatures such as bats, birds, insects and reptiles. The lighting system is very limited to preserve the characteristics of the ecological environment in the cave

19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant, overnight in hotel

DAY 3: CATBA - HANOI ( B/L)

06:00: Waking up enjoying beautiful moments when a blazing sunrise breaks the clouds of the island on the bay (accept winter time has no sunrise)

7-9h00: Have breakfast in restaurant

11:00: Have Lunch in a restaurant, then check out your hotel

12:00: Get on the bus coming back to Hanoi by other way, say goodbye Cat Ba Island

16:30: Back to Hanoi. Tour guide will drop you back at your hotel

Booking and Payment Policies

The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.
The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit.
To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cost will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation 15 days before the start date: No charge for cancellation and refund of deposit for tour and hotel services (not applicable to air tickets, train tickets, services that must be paid in advance to get an early bird price, and policies of hotels not following Lily's program).
Cancellation from 7-15 days before the start date : 50% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.
Cancellation within 7 days before the start date: 100% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.
If hotel and cruise changes due to their own reasons (maintenance, rooms fixed, etc), we will support to find another similar hotel and cruise.

Payment Terms Policies

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of travel.

Changing tour program and refund policies

After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Lily's Travel has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:
If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Lily's travel will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary
If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Lily's Travel has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
