“I’m Lily Nguyễn – I live, run a business, and sell with mindfulness and sincerity”

Hello there,
I’m not a celebrity, nor a typical “successful entrepreneur.”
I’m simply a Vietnamese woman – living simply, loving authenticity, and choosing to walk this path wholeheartedly, with all my heart.

How I live…

I live slowly. I live simply.
I’m a vegetarian, I meditate every morning, and I thank myself every night before going to bed.

I believe that:

“Life doesn’t have to be a lot – just enough, and deep.”

I live in the presence of the Three Jewels, read quietly, and cut out the noise to keep my heart still.
I choose to live mindfully – to see clearly what truly matters, and what’s just an illusion.

How I work…

I don’t do tourism just to sell tours.
I do tourism to offer kindness.

Since the very first day of Lily’s Travel, I prepared every bottle of water, every banana, every greeting for each guest who walked through the door – not as a branding tactic,
but because I truly felt… it was the right thing to do.

I always remind my team:

“If you can’t take care of a guest as you would your own family – don’t sell.”

How I sell…

I don’t train my team to “close deals.”
I teach them to listen deeply, to suggest thoughtfully, and to say no when needed.

Some visitors come just to ask questions. I don’t rush into a sales pitch. I ask if they’re tired, if they’ve eaten.
And if they need something, I share. If not, I smile and wish them a peaceful journey.

“To me, selling is not about convincing someone to buy.
It’s about walking with them – helping them discover what truly suits them.”

I don’t chase numbers. I choose to hold on to integrity, responsibility, and conscience.
Because when you do, customers will come – not once, but many times, and they’ll bring friends and family along with them.

I don’t serve strangers – I care for those with a connection to me.
I don’t see customers as “targets.”
I see them as souls we’re destined to meet again in this life.

And once we’ve met, I hold the responsibility to care for them with my full presence and love.

I believe kindness is a form of wisdom.
And I choose to live kindly, work kindly, and sell kindly.

No noise. No glitter.
Just showing up every day – with truth, with heart, and with grace.

That’s it.
