Only about 50km from the center of the capital, Duong Lam ancient village always gives visitors the feeling of returning to the 80s of the 20th century with banyan trees, water wharves, communal roofs… The roads leading to the village are all paved with bricks; some places are paved with honeycomb stones, so they have a characteristic dark yellow color. Duong Lam has nearly 900 traditional houses built with red bricks and tiles, including the villages of Dong Sang, Mong Thu and Cam Thinh.
