Valley of Love Da Lat is located at No. 07, Mai Anh Dao Street, Ward 8, about 6 kilometers northeast of the center of Da Lat City.

How to get there:

  • Motorbike Rental: If you are an adventurer, you may want to rent a motorbike. It’s a scenic ride with fresh air on the way to the Valley of Love Dalat. Prices are VND 120,000 to VND 150,000 per day for rented motorbikes.
  • Taxi or Private Tour Van: Families or larger groups may also want to consider hiring a taxi or private tour van to make things more convenient and comfortable.
  • Package Tour: If you have booked a package tour, then you won’t need to go through the hassle as traveling will be an included part of your package to the Valley of Love.

The Dalat Valley of Love is open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Entrance Fees

  • Adults and Children over 1.2 meters: VND 250,000 per person
  • Children under 1.2 meters: VND 125,000 per person

Please note that the entrance fee includes a buffet meal at Hanh Phuc Restaurant.

Additional Services

  • Cultural Exchange with Gongs: VND 50,000 per person
  • Balancing on a Cable: VND 50,000 per adult, VND 30,000 per child

The Dalat Valley of Love originally dates back to the time of the French colonial. Based on its former name, Vallée d’Amour, it was just a pristine area due to its picturesque landscape and romantic ambiance, making it the ideal destination for lovers.

Under Emperor Bao Dai’s rule, the valley was renamed Peace Valley to indicate purity and tranquility. However, in 1953, it reverted to its former name of Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, meaning Valley of Love in English, to emphasize independence and romantic love. Today, the Valley of Love Vietnam continues to remain the symbol of love and a rather charming reminder of Dalat’s storied past and natural splendor.
